This private beach front home will delight you and instantly put you in relaxation mode!

The main floor has an enormous Gulf front king-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath. The private balcony offers a wonderful spot to wake up to and have your first cup of coffee or bloody mary.
Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds along with a shared full bath are just down the hall. Both bedrooms have sets of french doors leading out to a deck with sound views. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the house is equipped with WIFI, HBO and SHOWTIME!

The upper floor offers a huge great room with open concept living and Gulf views that go on forever! Plenty of seating, large flat screen, dining table for 8 and doors that open onto the deck will make you feel as if you can reach out and touch the emerald green water. (Fireplace is decorative only and is not operable for light or heat)
You'll also find a completely updated kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops and high end cabinetry. A table seating 4 and a breakfast bar seating 2 more provide ample spots for meals or snacks. French doors open onto the upper balcony with sound views.
A queen-sized bedroom, with a sound view deck as well as a full-sized washer and dryer complete this floor.

Covered parking with a gas grill and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach are all on the ground floor.
A 2-man Kayak is also there for your enjoyment!!!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS.

  A great location, the property is located right on the beach. The views from the decks were great. I was surprised to find so many beach chairs, toys and umbrellas were available for our use, had I known I would have packed a lot less. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 kids .

  We had a delightful week in Navarre. Our family had owned a house on Navarre Beach for 40 years. We hadn’t been back since we sold it in 2015. The home is lovely. It is incredibly clean. The kitchen is well organized and has everything you could want for cooking. The Blue Moon folks met us immediately upon arrival and were most helpful and courteous.

  The Blue Moon agency made the outstanding difference. The property was terrific but Blue Moon's responsiveness made the difference. They provided, at no expense to us, bed guard rails for the top bunk of the beds my grandchildren slept in.   This property met or exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the cleanliness - excellent! Property management was responsive and professional. Plenty of beach "toys" to use while we were there. We did end up renting beach service for chairs and umbrella, which was worth the cost. The kayak was fun but extremely heavy and cumbersome to take to the water. All in all a great week and we would consider renting this property again. Thank you!

The house had all the beach items you need including chairs, boogey boards, and floats. A short walk over the sand berm to the beach and very few people on that area of the beach.
