Beach Blessing

This Gulf front home features all you need (and more!) to begin your stay in paradise.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by an entire wall of windows which open up to a large deck and the emerald green waters of this beautiful beach just beyond.

Unwind in the great room which features all new comfortable living room furniture and a 55" LCD Hi Def TV with built in DVD/VCR.
Watch the waves from the entire main floor, whether dining, playing games, cooking or just having a snack.
You ll find a well equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space along with a breakfast bar seating 3.
A full laundry room is just off the kitchen for your convenience.
There is also a king bedroom with sound view and private bath on this floor.

The upper floor features the king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bath.
Another wall of windows and doors lead directly out to a private balcony that affords beautiful Gulf views. Have your first cup of coffee here or gaze at the moon over a nightcap before retiring at the end of the day.
A third bedroom with sound views is on the opposite end of this floor. Here you ll find a queen-sized bed, 2 twins and private full bath.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV s and there is high speed internet service throughout.

The ground floor deck is a shady spot to sort your shells and shower the sand off after a day relaxing on the beach. There is a hanging swing ... a secluded spot to read a book or have a cold drink. There is also a gas grill here.

There is covered parking for 2 cars as well as space for an additional 2.

Beach Blessing is next to Sweet Alices Sandcastle and in the same 4 plex as Breezeway and Sea Hawk if your group needs multiple units!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  It always helps when the weather cooperates and the days were warm and the wind was down. The Condo was clean and had all of the needed kitchen and bathroom items that anyone who plans on staying in for dinner would possible need. The grill was very clean and the propane was filled! Ice maker kept up for all the needs of a party of 7 people. When a storm knocked out a breaker on the downstairs light the company sent a guy right over and addressed it. What more could you ask for!

  We loved this town home! The master bedroom faces the water and has french doors that open to a small balcony. The beach is just a few steps away from the back patio. And this place is a couple miles away from the nearest condo tower and close to the nature preserve, so the beach was only shared with other nearby town home residents and very private feeling. Everything was just so lovely.

  Rental process and stay was very nice. Easy to check in and out and all amenities were as described. Access to the beach was wonderful. Only negative was the slow shower drains. TV's all worked fine but the main downstairs TV did not have the right TV remote, all other remotes worked but that one need to use the Roku one instead. Certainly not a big deal, but thought you might like to know.

  Our second time at Beach Blessing rental and it was nice to see new carpet and a few pieces of furniture since the first stay. It's very home-y, quaint, well-stocked, and comfortable. The kitchen is smaller but sufficient to cook for a few couples. Roku for TV. Nice patio furniture. We had over a week of good "chillaxing!"

  When looking to find a place on the beach like this, it really doesn’t matter what the inside looks like because the view is indescribably gorgeous. Lucky for us the inside was very accommodating as well. We had everything we needed, Comfy beds, great layout. Super clean and inviting.A few tweaks are needed in way of maintenance but I have yet to stay in a beach rental that doesn’t. A place like this, 4 side-by-side units is so much more peaceful than a high-rise. Blue Moon was very easy to work with as well.

  We were a group of friends who like to go away for new years, looking for peace and quiet to reset for the new year. This year we decided to find a quiet beach front home and this one met all the requirements. Home is exactly as pictured, no surprises. Everything was clean, spaces were large, beds were ridiculously comfortable. The views were amazing and we loved taking walks on the beach. The ocean facing bedroom, my only suggestion would be to have a small step stool available, the bed was so high it was a bit of a pain to get on and off.

  This rental property fit all our vacation needs. Plenty of space and super close to the beach. The place was very clean. With COVID 19 no pillows were provided and they even had nice covers over the couches. This gave me piece of mind and appreciated the effort in place to decrease the spread. We have a toddler and the patio was very convenient because there was a gate. Even if we were not on the beach we still were able to see the beach and get sun. We will be back!
