Completely RE-DONE from top to bottom, this 5 bedroom 3 bathroom private beach home will instantly transform you into relaxation mode!!!

The wall of windows from the entire main floor brings the beautiful Emerald waters of the Gulf into your entire living space.
The open concept floor plan allows your group to be together playing games, making meals, reading a book, doing some "work" at one of 2 desks, lounging around watching TV or just enjoying the shenanigans of the dolphins playing in the Gulf.
The unique layout of this house has bedrooms and bathrooms on each end. No carpeting anywhere!!!
Two king-sized bedrooms (one with brand new en suite bath featuring a beautiful walk-in shower and double sinks) and a double twin bedroom with the second bathroom are on one side of the house, and another king-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom with 1 bathroom are on the opposite end.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the home is equipped with wifi.

The huge kitchen can easily fit multiple chefs without anyone feeling crowded. It is well equipped with everything you will need to make snacks or full course meals. The breakfast bar has seating for 6 in addition to the dining table which seats 8 comfortably.

Up the spiral staircase is a bonus loft area with built in couches for lounging. 2 walls of windows and a private deck with forever views of the gulf....a perfect spot to get-away from it all, read a book, watch TV, play a game or use as a kids hang-out. You can even use this room for overflow sleeping for a couple of "little ones".
Back on the main floor, the huge gulf front deck has new furniture for dining, gulf-gazing and gas grilling. A full-sized laundry room is also on this floor.
A cool spot to sort your shells is under the house, as well as a private hot and cold water shower and plenty of parking for 6 cars.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission! There will be a $200 pet fee per pup with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The property manager was very communicative regarding hurricane Ian and that helped us to relax a bit and enjoy our time on the beach.
  The only drawback is the stairs from the house to the beach are not aligned to the ground so there is a pretty big step at the end that was difficult for aged parents.

  I quite enjoyed my time at the beach house. My family and I visited from South Florida in February. None of us had ever been that far north in Florida. It was so lovely to be staying directly on the beach. I had the deepest of sleeps listening to the waves crash every night. I would certainly go back but perhaps try March or April... when we arrived on Feb 19th it was a bit cold for the first few nights. This was my first experience being bundled up on the beach! But being from South Florida, we have many days of sunny warmth so I wasn't too disappointed by the weather. The house was spacious enough for 9 of us and my doggies to enjoy the home to the fullest. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed (although we did bring our own coffee pot because we're a bit of coffee snobs). The town of Navarre didn't have a whole lot to see - but we explored and visited Pensacola, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. The best part of being on the beach with not much around is you really get to relax. And that we did... to the max. :-)

  This house, although the most expensive house we’ve had in years, had met every need of the family. It was clean it was open it’s perfect for a wonderful week of vacation. My parents who are up in years enjoyed it very much as they were able to sit out on the deck and watch the beach from the porch furniture. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful week of memories and good times. The only downfall are the back steps which lead to the pathway are quite steep and dangerous if they could be updated and extended that would be a blessing that only to our family but the other families let’s say.

  This cabin is fantastic. We would all definitely stay there again if we travel back to Navarre Beach. We had our on piece of paradise and even being there over the Memorial Holiday it was not too crowded in the beach. When we looked left toward the high rise condos and right toward the public access we were so happy to be nestled in between the hustle and bustle. The beach is fantastic - beautiful!!! Great time finding sea shells and sand dollars! Love this beach!
  As for the cabin- it was wonderful! We had 10 people there- two grandparents, and two families with children. Rooms are perfectly set up to accommodate that. Plenty of more room upstairs for air mattresses if more people were staying. The beds are comfortable, the appliances all work, it was just great! We loved the combo coffee pot/k-cup maker. This was a great bonus for the coffee drinkers to brew a pot or make a cup. We used the umbrella the deck everyday. We were concerned that there wouldn’t be enough shade on the deck but it was great!
  From the bottom deck you can’t see the beach area - only canopy tops. To actually people watch you have to go to the top deck. It would be a bonus to have layout chairs on the top deck and not just the rocking chairs. No complaints! Great cabin!
