Located in a beautiful gulf front complex, this town home is in walking distance of 4 restaurants, shops and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico.
It's just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beach where there is never a crowd!
After a long day looking for shells and playing in the waves, jump into the private community pool that is just outside your door.

This family friendly home sleeps 6 in two upstairs bedrooms. There is a king sized bed in one and 2 queen sized beds in the other. The sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 more. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer on the upper floor,

The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining room to seat 6. There is also a half bathroom here for your convenience.
Flat screen TV's are in each bedroom as well as in the living room.

Grill your supper under the covered patio by the pool or on the smoker charcoal grill that is on your private patio just outside your back door.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

You'll want to rendezvous at Beach Rendezvous year after year, where you'll find all the comforts of home plus a whole lot more!

We had a really great experience overall, great location fully equipped with everything we needed! I will say the king mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. If it weren't for that I would've left a 5 star review all the way around. Having the beach chairs and extras was definitely an unexpected bonus! This was our second stay at this property & will probably stay there again! The townhome is well furnished and has anything you would need inside or out. The pool is nice and the walk to the beach is accessed on the property. It is walkable distance to the pier & restaurants on the island, and it is an easy drive to locations east & west across the causeway. Best beach on the panhandle & close to the national shore island park. If you want a relaxed, slower paced beac trip, you won’t be disappointed!

When we opened the door to the condo, it was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. It was equipped with all the amenities that you would have at home. Expensive Fiesta dishes. The beds were comfortable. Only about fifty feet from the beach. As an added amenity, there was a closet that contained beach chairs, sand buckets and floats. We had a problem with the stove and ice maker, and a repairman was there immediately, and was so nice. Everyone associated with this company was so nice. We had a wonderful time and will definitely use Bluemoon Vacation Rentals.

Loved the location & the townhouse we rented. It's not on the beach but less than a 2 minute walk from it! Unit was clean, well furnished, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. There's a private/fenced patio, a community pool in the complex, and easy/close access to island stores, restaurants, and activities (like the fishing pier).
