Unpack the car, kick off your shoes, pour a cold drink and head out your back door to begin your beachy vacation.
Just outside your sliding glass door and across the dune cross-over, your tootsies will be in the beautiful emerald green water of the gulf in seconds!

Recently re-done, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom gulf front townhome is perfect for your group to unwind and relax. All new floors were just installed.....no more carpet!!!

Chill in the living area that spills out onto your gulf front balcony. Cook in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops or grill on your ground floor patio (charcoal) or even at the pool.

A twin bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. The queen-sized bedroom and another full bath are just up the stairs on the second floor along with the washer/dryer.
The beautiful king-sized primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Soak your cares away as you watch the dolphins play in the gulf after a long day of shelling.
Sit on your private balcony and have a nightcap while toasting the fun-filled beach day you had!

A double car garage is yours as is the the use of the tennis court and gorgeous pool just steps outside your door,

Your small pup is welcome to join you, with owners permission. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The townhouse was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed from pots and pans in the kitchen to a raft and beach chairs. The raft provided lots of entertainment(especially to us on the beach laughing at our son's trying to get the raft out into calmer waters). I loved coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise.   Very nice place with spectacular views! It was very clean and comfortable. We even saw dolphins doing acrobats one morning! The only negative was that the deck/patio is real close to other rentals on both sides and the guest in those rentals smoked constantly (I have smoke allergies) and very noisy. But, that is not the fault of Blue Moon.

  We had a fabulous week at the beach staying at Beachview #11! The house itself was very clean and spotless! I loved the artwork in the house also! Very colorful and fun! We loved the setup of having the area underneath the deck for play space for the kids and the garage was really convenient! We also loved that the outside deck had a roof as it made it great to sit out on even in the rain or when the sun was hot overhead. We were pleasantly surprised by the chair and table set up on the outside deck as it was the tall chairs and table instead of the lower sitting ones that are pictured on the website. The tall chairs are so much nicer to see out farther to the ocean and more fun to relax in! The beach was steps away and everything was just perfect! Our hosts were available and easily communicated with. Thank you!

  It was our first trip to Navarre Beach, as we usually go to Pensacola. We fell in love immediately and will hopefully be back really, really soon.
  The condo had everything you could want or need and was clean and well maintained. Having a garage was very helpful and was something I was not used to having at all my previous beach condo rentals. Chairs, floats, grill, etc. were all in the garage and we contributed a pink innertube to the mix. Owners were responsive and we would most definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was perfect! Plenty of space for 6 people and our family dog. The location of the condo is great - only steps from the beach. The drive under garage is the best! Made it so easy to bring our belongings to and from the beach. No elevators to deal with. The pool was great and very close to our unit.

  After three months on CVID lockdown we were eager for a change of venue. BCHVW11 was great - so close to the steps to the beach, view was lovely, easy check-in/out - loved the garage - especially since we left as Tropical Storm Cristobal was blowing in - we packed in the garage with the doors closed. We'll definitely be back!
