This beachfront end unit townhome offers open concept living with the sand and surf as your backdrop.
All new living room, dining room and deck furniture has just been added and totally transforms Breezeway into the beachy get-away that you deserve. The back deck has also just been replaced.

Recently painted, the great room has plenty of space for TV (and dolphin) watching There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, new dining and gaming table for 6 plus breakfast bar all on the main level.
A king sized bedroom with en suite bath (and walk-in tiled shower) is also conveniently located on this floor along with a full laundry room with new washer/dryer.

Upstairs you'll find the King-sized primary bedroom with a Gulf front balcony and en suite bath. A daybed is also in this bedroom for a mid afternoon snooze or for extra sleeping.
The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and the en suite bath features another walk-in tiled shower.

You'll always find a breeze on the ground floor deck that features a swing, an outdoor shower, room to sort your seashells and a gas bbq to grill your fresh catch.

There is covered parking for 2 cars, and room for another 2 in the driveway.

Your small pup is also welcome to join you with owners permission. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT PERMITTED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Breezeway is next to Sweet Alices Sandcastle and in the same 4 plex as Sea Hawk and Beach Blessing if your group needs multiple units!

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  We rented a house on the beach for spring break and it was perfect. The house was clean and everything worked as it should. The beach decorating was great, the linens were clean and comfortable, the mattresses were great and we had a covered parking area.
  It was a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. Was nice being able to go to the beach then just walk to the house and grab something and go back. The beach was not super busy which was great for the kids. The white sand and seashells kept the kids busy for days.
  The property manager was great to work with and we plan to return again!

  We loved it! Literally RIGHT on the PRIVATE beach. Very clean, GREAT response by rental company for any needs. Beautifully furnished with comfortable sectional, great wi-fi. Saw dolphins right on the beach. Pet friendly. Only ehh.. is Not about the rental. There isn’t a good place for dogs to potty, you can walk them everywhere but sidewalks are hot. Sand is filled with sand spurs off of sidewalk. But rental is amazing. You just have to find a dog park somewhere if you’re bringing your pet. And they aren’t nearby. But this rental is amazing! And if you don’t have pets don’t worry about coming to a pet friendly rental, you would Never know they ever allowed pets there. Neat as a pin! Absolutely immaculate.

  Checking in was easy- we called about 10 Min. till the time of arrival & just like that we were greeted & allowed access. All the information was easily accessible, whether through a booklet or already magnetized to the refrigerator. the house was clean & very spacious for our family. very close to the beach & the master bedroom balcony view was gorgeous. We called about the gas grill tank being empty & within 10 min someone came with a refill, and we were back in business for cooking out. We had the option to bring our dog this time and we did. He was very good on the outdoor steps & He loved the sand & the 3 time a day walk around the growing neighborhood. We are looking forward to visiting again, it was a very nice stay.

  The Breezeway was a great place for us this year. The location was well away from the crowds while still having neighbors. The interior was spotless when we arrived. The murals are so pretty! We all loved the colors. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in on vacation, it felt like our beds at home. Thank you so much for accepting small pets. My Mother's little Yorkie absolutely loved the short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the deck and the view. The dishes, silverware and all the kitchen ware were in great condition. We cooked breakfast 3 of the mornings of our stay. The only thing we missed was a kettle for making tea. The Bathrooms were all very clean and stocked just right.
  
  We noticed some small amounts of damage around the deck but could also see that one whole section looked like it had been recently replaced. Keep up the great work! The light switches were a little confusing at first but we got them figured out. There was a small hole in the wall by one of the set of stairs but it looked recent.
  
  Sometimes things happen and repairs can't always be managed quickly. We barely noticed it because we were too busy enjoying the gorgeous painting on the wall and ceiling.
  
  Overall, I'd say we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this property and Blue Moon rentals to friends and family.

  The stay was our second year at this property for Christmas. Nearly everything was perfect. The second story shower is only lukewarm, probably due to a valve malfunction, and the coffeepot is dated. But minor inconveniences compared to the cleanliness, view, and beach access. We loved it! Planning another stay. Apparently a switch in their billing software led to a misunderstanding about our checkout time. We got a call the day before our checkout reminding us we were late getting out. A quick search of my emails revealed the discussion thread and our original lease was honored. Jeanette was very nice once she realized the misunderstanding was not on our end. She even reimbursed ($40) us for the pot of black eyed peas we were cooking on New Year Day. (My wife dumped them as soon as Jeanette called us asking us to leave, before I did a search for the original lease.)

  Our experience was and always has been wonderful at Navarre Beach and with Bluemoon! However, the property needed a few updates and was not necessarily the cleanest when we arrived. There was still sand on the floor and on the furniture that we immediately swept up. The furniture on the outside deck was very unstable and we were nervous to sit in it because we were scared it would fall apart.

  This was the year of covid and it was against the law for La. residents to rent vacation property. Blue Moon was so gracious at keeping us updated, and agreed to refund our deposit if we could not come, which was much appreciated, but unnecessary. Less than a week before our trip, we were allowed to come and had a wonderful time.
