Bright Sands

Bright Sands is an end unit townhome right on the beach. There is a private dune crossover that will have your toes in the sand in seconds!

Comfortable and roomy for your party of 10, this home features open concept living with an updated granite/stainless steel kitchen, breakfast bar seating 4, table seating 6 and comfortable couches to relax in. The wall of windows opens onto the Gulf front deck, where the beautiful water and twinkling sand are never far away.
A convenient half bath along with a bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin beds and full private bath are also on the main floor.
The upper floor has a huge king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf front balcony. The en suite bath features a walk- in tiled shower along with a tub and dual sinks.
Down the hall are 2 queen-sized bedrooms with soundview balconies and a full bath in between. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

There is covered parking for 2 cars and additional space for 3 more.
A private locked closet on the ground floor will fit your beach gear, and a charcoal grill is just outside.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Bright Sands is in the same complex as The Sea & The Stars, Serenity Sands and Goin' Coastal if your group needs multiple units.

  We just returned from Navarre and overall, we had an amazing experience. The location is right on the beach, it feels like your own private oasis. The place is clean and communication about what's available was great. It was easy to text with property management with any questions/needs. The biggest plus was the availability to check in early since no one was in the property the day before. We really appreciated this as we traveled during the night to get there. Another plus for us, as we vacationed with a small pet, was the fenced in area under the balcony with a patch of grass, this was perfect for our pet to roam around. 5+ experience, thank you!

  We had a lovely stay at this townhouse. Master is a dream with a Beautiful view of the ocean. You also have a breathtaking view from the main living area. Very comfortable home. Private walkover to beach. I would recommend and would also stay again. Only suggestions I would recommend a few extra blankets and maybe leave any condiments from previous guests- ex salt and pepper LISA was the best

  We really enjoyed this place. We have rented several places, but this was a great layout. Plenty of kitchen gadgets of good quality. A short few steps to the beach. The area below was nice as well to store items or relax in the open shade and air. It was very clean and tidy. Well kept. The only thing I would offer is this: Some throw blankets or extra blankets for the rooms, more options for streaming (cable has nothing that isn't extra money), and maybe some extra items to clean up with like a sweeper. We only had a broom and dust pan, hard to get all the sand up if desired. Hope to come back someday! Soon!

  Extremely clean, I didn’t feel like I needed to go around cleaning the first day. The beds were comfortable. Enough kitchen necessities available. Location was great! Only one negative was that there wasn’t a very good area to walk the dog, there were burrs in the back yard area. But that wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Lovely place.

  This property was perfect for my family! Upon arrival it was exceptionally clean, which is particularly important during a pandemic. The layout was perfect too, as I was traveling with other family members. My mother-in-law has mobility issues, and cannot maneuver stairs, so the elevator was perfect. The common areas were spacious enough for the eight people in our party. The master bath and kitchen were beautiful. In addition, the kitchen was very well equipped. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The white sandy beach was within steps of the home. It allowed for our party to come in from the beach, as needed. We visited in December, so the weather was chilly, however the children were able to enjoy playing and watching stingrays. The shells on the beach were plentiful, as well. My son enjoyed collecting shark teeth. Other members of our party enjoyed fishing from the Navarre Pier. It was less than 2 miles away. They each caught fish and saw lots of marine life. There were plenty of local restaurants to choose from for any dining preference. Overall, an excellent vacation at a perfect property. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I, our dog, and my husband's Godfather had a wonderful time here over the thanksgiving holiday. You simply can't beat being right on the beach with expansive views of the water from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Blue moon Rentals were very accomodating and quick to respond to any of our needs. Great overall experience.
