You'll forget your cares the minute you step inside the French doors to this cheerful, family friendly beach home.

Sitting directly across from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beach retreat will quickly become your favorite 'go to' spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

This property boasts all new flooring and water views from every room. NO CARPETS!!! The 55" TV can be seen from the entire great room.

The dining area seats 8 at a custom hand-crafted table and has a breakfast bar for another 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, new high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, and tons of room for multiple chefs! A brand new washer and dryer is just off the kitchen.

Buckeye comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. All beds are brand new. The primary bedroom is king-sized and there are queen beds in the other 3. Each has a gorgeous view of either the gulf or the sound and a flat screen TV.
Both bathrooms have recently been re-done, one having a walk-in shower and the other a tub.

Watch the pelicans soar by from your large front deck while sipping your morning coffee or bloody mary. View the Gulf and feel the sea breeze when having your evening cocktails....it's a great spot to congregate! New furniture for another dining or snacking option.

Step outside the back door and you'll find a newly built deck that runs the length of the house. Another option for dining and relaxing and viewing the summer sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for.

After a day spent swimming and shelling on the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor hor/cold shower under the house. There is also a charcoal grill here.

Bike, walk or jog on the multi-use path that runs the length of the island. Bicycle, kayak , golf cart and surfboard rentals are available and can be delivered right to your house.

The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is also 2 miles east and is a great spot to fish and people watch.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  We had three families with a 2 year old and 5 year old. The location was great for beach access just across the street. The main drag in front is busy but no traffic noise inside the house. The house was perfect with four bedrooms and central living, dining and kitchen. Beds are very comfortable kitchen has most things you need to cook. You need to bring Everything else. The balconies were where you hang out and watch the activity. We rented a 6 passenger golf cart which was great for taking everyone to and from the beach front. Navarre is a quiet beach more laid back, we didn’t go out at night so can’t comment on the nightlife. Most everything you need for shopping is back across the bridge. Overall, it was a great vacation and the house was perfect for our group. I would recommend the property.

  We had a great time staying at the Buckeye. Upon entering I can honestly say this is probably the cleanest I have ever found a rental home at the beach. We were very happy with all the space. The beds were comfortable and the house itself was very well stocked with any type of cooking utensils or appliances you would need. The closet downstairs below the house had extra beach equipment, two grills, corn hole game and all kinds of beach toys for kiddos. The downstairs area was a great hangout area while we were cooking on the grill. It was a very short walk to the beach and everyone in our group said they would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing this great home with us.

  Exceptionally nice beach house with large outdoor porches to spread out and enjoy views of the gulf and bay. Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and super clean. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Management company was easy to work with.

  The place was perfect despite the freezing temperatures. Thank you to the maintenance staff for their quick action in fixing a frozen pipe that burst on Christmas Eve. Plenty of room to relax with the beach just across the street.

  Really loved this house. Excellent for those folks with littles who want to go to the sound, which is right behind the house. The beach is an easy walk with good access (public). The porch was well furnished for sitting and listening to waves. The kitchen has a good assortment of items for those of us who prefer to eat in. Only one room had a creaky bed, the rest were pretty great. We stay with extended family. 4 adults and 2 littles we were very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend for location, comfort, cleanliness and amenities. PS the outdoor shower is the best part!!!!!
