This high end Gulf front townhome means "house by the sea", and you can't get any closer to the beautiful Emerald green waters of this beautiful beach than this!

All new flooring, the main floor offers open concept living including an updated and well equipped kitchen with stainless steel and quartz along with tons of cabinet storage and separate ice maker. The wall of windows and doors opens right onto a huge deck with steps down to the beach.
A convenient half bath is also on this floor.

Up one flight, you'll find a queen-sized bedroom with en suite bath and sound views.
On the opposite side are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms, both with private Gulf front balconies and a large shared bath with double sinks. The washer/dryer is also located on this floor.

No carpeting in any of the bedrooms!

The top floor comprises the king-sized primary bedroom. The en suite bath has a free standing jetted tub, walk in shower and private water closet. The wall of windows allows beautiful water views when waking and when soaking in the tub!
A door leads to the private balcony where you'll be at seagull level and can see for miles!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS.

There is covered parking for 2 cars and room for an additional 3 more.
A gas grill is offered for your use, as well as beach gear storage and a shower to rinse off after coming from the beach.

  Loved this 4 bedroom condo directly on the ocean. Gorgeous views from every level of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids and all our stuff. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with great glasses and knives and the whole unit was extremely clean. The spa tub with ocean view was amazing. We will return!

  This property was presented exactly as described and featured all of our expected accommodations. The unit was clean and well stocked. The split level to the second and third floors allowed for privacy and noise control. The washer and dryer are located on the second floor which proved to be very convenient. Each room came equipped with a smart tv and fairly comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great, as well. The views from the second and third story balconies allowed for amazing beach views. Additionally, the check-in/out process was quick and easy and the staff were informative and responsive. We were fortunate with perfect weather and the clearest water.   This was our 3rd trip to Navarre Beach and our 2nd time staying at Casa Al Mare. Our rental week was the 3rd week in June. We like the location of Casa Al Mare - on the western end of Navarre Beach so further away from the big high rise condos and hotels that are close by the pier so quieter. There is a small condo unit with 6 floors nearby and also public access by Casa Al Mare but we still found the congestion much less than down by the pier. Casa Al Mare is also not far from the sound - within a couple of blocks - so easy to reach which is nice if the gulf waters are too rough to swim in. This area is also nice for bicycle riding with residential streets that are not heavily traveled.

  The townhouse was everything the description said it was. 4 bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and fabulous views of the gulf!! It was clean and just perfect for a large group of people. It was very spacious. Would highly recommend!
  The only drawback was the 3 flights of stairs. The first one had to be climbed to get from the car to the main living area. However that’s what gave us the beautiful views from every floor.

  There was humidity in townhouse, so much that water dripping from vents. I had to put clothes in dryer every morning, but I was on 3rd floor. I think the second & first floor not so bad. Amenities were good but need to have oven checked. We had a great time, loved location.

  There were 5 adults and a 4-year-old on this trip to Navarre Beach and we all had a great stay in this vacation rental. This property was even nicer than the descriptions and upon arrival found it to be clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to enjoy. I called Blue Moon Vacation Rentals with a few questions during the week and was always very easy to reach.
  
  There was plenty of room for us 5 to gather together in this rental while also offering personal. Very good decks and views of the ocean on the main floor and from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One thing to be sure to bring is any beach items for yourselves - chairs, sand toys, and the such since rental does not have. Also, eye masks if you wish to sleep in - there are shades but the sun is bright coming through.
  
  This rental is in an area that is walkable to the sound side (parking also available). Due to a day of red flag warnings for the ocean, we trekked to the sound side and had a great time in the water. The rental is also in an area that was great for walking, running, and biking with side streets so options from the main beach road.
  
  While at the beach, we visited the Turtle Sanctuary which was fun with meeting Sweet Pea, the resident sea turtle who is not able to be released back into the wild due to injuries. The Turtle Sanctuary is not very big but packs in a lot of info and is very educational - a good place to visit for adults and children. There is an admission charge of $5 for anyone over the age of 2(?) but well worth it.
  
  With meals, we ate out a bit and also picked up food. We ate at Deweys which is a nice restaurant just over the bridge in Navarre. Another place that was good for pick up is the Cactus Flower for Tex-Mex style of food - large portions. We trekked to Peniscola Beach - a nice scenic drive through the National Seashore - and ate at Flounders which offered outdoor seating and a small playground for children.   You’ll be extremely happy you booked Casa al Mare! This location is perfect to separate you from the high rise condos and give you plenty of room on the beach and not feel crowded. Our family enjoyed watching nightly movies in the spacious living room. The kitchen had everything I needed to create our meals. The second floor had 3 bedrooms that made it very comfortable for our children. My in-laws were comfortable in their room with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is on the third floor which kept you in shape while on vacation. The room is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The room never got hot despite being on the 3rd floor. The large bathtub was a wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine and music. Each floor had a balcony that our family also enjoyed in the evening. The biggest perk was the stand alone ice maker that never ran out of ice. The cookware is in great condition. Lots of storage in the kitchen and all the bedrooms with the master having a large walk-in closet. I would definitely book this location the next time we visit Navarre.
