This high end Gulf front town home is total luxury! Sunny, bright, and beautifully furnished, this is an end unit with windows on two sides, a large driveway and garage. It's pure paradise on this uncrowded stretch of Navarre Beach!!!

View the entire beach and emerald green waters from anywhere in this open concept floor plan. Relax on the comfortable living room furniture, dine at the table for 4 or grab a snack from the breakfast bar that seats an additional 4.
The gourmet kitchen offers every amenity you could want including granite countertops, stainless appliances and separate ice maker all surrounded by high end cabinetry. Prepare your meals and snacks while gazing at the beach just beyond.

Dine, snack or have a late night beverage on the private Gulf front deck with new furniture.
The main floor also has a queen-sized bedroom with connected en suite private bath, a full sized laundry room and a convenient half bath .

There is a private dune cross-over just outside the deck that leads directly to the beach....perfect for lugging your beach gear!

The upper floor has a king-sized primary suite. A wet bar affords you the luxury of preparing your coffee or nightcap without leaving the room. A separate office area is also in this wing if you need to make this a "working" vacation. You'll have a real spa experience in the en suite bath which features a jetted tub, walk in shower, dual vanities and separate water closet. The private master deck offers you beautiful morning sunrises and gorgeous winter sunsets.
Just down the hall there is a an additional queen-sized bedroom and one full-sized bedroom with a shared full bath between them.

Hannah's is in the same 4 plex as Sunset Terrace if your group needs multiple units.
There is a gas grill for your use.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  Our group really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the townhouse was roomy - we all were quite comfortable. Our group was 8 adults so the downside was that one bedroom had a full size bed which was a bit small for 2 adults.   This was the second time to stay here and it was beautiful. We like the quiteness of the beach with the cyrstal white sand. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook. Decorated nicely. I will be back!

  We had a wonderful time at Hannah’s. While no home is perfect this home is well stocked with everything you need. The use of the bikes and beach cart were a plus. There were a few beach toys and chairs available in the garage and we loved it opens on both the street and beach side. A few items to keep in mind are that the wifi does not reach the front of the condo so I would suggest bringing a wifi extender. There are no extra blankets so if you are always freezing like me, bring a throw blanket. Overall, the layout is great as well as the location. Management is very responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable and the home is nicely furnished and well stocked. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing the home with us.

  The minute we walked in, could not believe how nice everything was decorated.
