Sitting between the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, you've got your own private sound side beach just steps from your door.

Completely renovated , you'll feel right at home and totally relaxed the minute you arrive.

Flop down on the comfortable living room couch and over-sized chair or play a game at the dining table. Both the couch and the chair pull out into sleepers and both have memory foam mattresses.
Fix yourself a meal or a quick snack in the fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops.

The queen-sized bedroom has an enormous closet to fit a week's worth (if not more?!) of "stuff". There is a shaded deck off the bedroom where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or a nightcap before bed,
The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and there is also a stackable washer/dryer here for your convenience.

After spending a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and chill out on the front deck with gorgeous sound views.

Paddleboard, kayak and golf cart rentals are available around the corner, and the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico is only 5 minutes away.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  We could not have been more pleased with our Navarre Beach townhouse! We loved the location, right between the sound and the ocean. Easy walk to both. The home was super clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbor. Located right off the bike/walking path made it easy to get out for our daily walk. Navarre is located between major cities, so easy travel if you want. Everything we needed!

  The owner of KatManDunes and Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provide an excellent opportunity to experience Navarre Beach and the surrounding areas. This rental is nestled among year-round residents, allowing you to be a part of the friendly neighborhood. The furniture is comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The bed linens were noticeably of a higher quality (I think they had been pressed! They were crisp!!). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and there is plenty of space to prepare & serve meals. The bathroom has a very nice shower! Covered decks on the front and back of the Condo provide sheltered space to be outdoors, rain or shine. Just a short walk South to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, or a shorter walk North to be on the beach of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pedestrian and Bike friendly area. Sailor’s serves a wonderful breakfast. KatManDunes is a well appointed, cared for condo. No complaints, only compliments during a great week in July 2021.

  The house was perfect! Close to everything! You can walk to the beach on the Gulf or the sound for swimming. We went to the pier and seen Dolphins, Sea Turtles and a Shark. We tried some fishing and caught a few fish. The kids had so much fun catching crabs on the beach at night.
  The neighbors were super friendly and happy to talk. The house fit a family of 5 with no problem. Everything was clean and was well taken care of! We will definitely be booking again!

  Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights. Everything worked well; the condo was very clean. Checkin in and out was seamless. We would have appreciated more laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. We had enough to do three dishwasher cycles and two laundry washes, and just three trash bags. Also, there was a coffee maker but no filters. (We bought some and left them there.) Maybe these are considered extras, but it would have made the stay easier. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I'd stay here again.
