This unit is a bright and sunny one bedroom condo in the Palms that comfortably sleeps 4. New tile throughout, new carpet in the bedroom, new furniture and a very comfortable new queen sleeper all make this open concept home shine!

On the third floor of an elevator building, Kingfisher has everything you need for your vacation escape including it's own washer and dryer.

Unwind on the comfy modular couch, take a nap on the new sleeper sofa or relax on the private peaceful balcony. You'll feel like you're on your own perch (just like the beautiful Kingfisher bird) overlooking this quiet end of the island.

The separate king-sized bedroom is very roomy and has it's own flat screen TV.

Cook entire meals or just snacks in the well equipped kitchen. Dine in the great room or out on your terrace just off the living area.
Fish from the private pier that is just outside your door (for guests of The Palms only) and grill your catch under the adjacent gazebo. There have been many a big fish caught from this pier!!!

The gorgeous pool is a true tropical oasis and is only for use by guests of the Palms.

This convenient location makes for a quick trip across the Gulf Island National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The condo itself was very clean and in good condition, however, the complex was in terrible condition and very dirty. The elevators were filthy and the outside of the surrounding condos were major eye sores. Neighbors had peeling paint or rust on their doors and old rotted or rusty chairs sitting outside their front doors. The floor of the hallways and stairs were extremely dirty and needed cleaned and painted. One of the locals who owns a property was saying that someones dog defecated in tbe elevator and the owner didn't clean it up. The pool area was extremely clean and we always saw someone out there maintaining it. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the national seashore which was only minutes away. The view from our condo was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed the balcony area alot. The rental agency was top notch! We had two minor issues while there and they resolved them immediately. They were easy to communicate with, quick to answer, and went above and beyond. We would definitely use Blue Moon again. Not so sure I'd stay in the same complex though.

  This was our first stay in Navarre Beach and we couldn’t be happier. Last few years we rented in Fort Walton Beach, directly on a Gulf. We were a little apprehensive about the Palms location but it turned out perfectly. It’s a very short walk to the beach and bay is a nice bonus with a perfect pier to watch spectacular sunset. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Nice surprise was a closet full of beach gear, came very handy. Management is very pleasant to work with. Overall, a great experience. Our two weeks vacation was a blast and we’re looking forward to come back next year.

  Great view from the unit when taking breaks from the heat/sun. This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the palms. Last year we stayed in a first floor unit but didn’t mind whatsoever being on the 3rd floor and actually preferred it. Balcony has privacy. Elevator available when needed. Once again a Perfect location for bringing kayaks as we were able to leave them out back near the beach for easy launching whenever we wanted. Everything was clean. Bed and couch comfortable when relaxation and sleep in the AC was needed. The recliner is pretty beat up per other reviews and would recommend replacing or removing as it doesn’t seem appropriate for such a wonderful space we are paying good money to stay in however we will likely be back regardless lol. The shower bar is a little touchy/fragile and had to put it back up twice the week we were there but no big deal. Washer/dryer small as expected but worked well and was nice to have in unit. Check in was easy they just gave us a door code and we were able to get in ~3 hrs early which was very nice and appreciated. We had another wonderful trip and worth the travel from Ohio once again!

  This is such a nice apartment. Spotlessly clean, pleasantly furnished and filled with natural light. The complex is a nice, quiet place (at least it was in February). It’s on the bay, and a short walk to the beach. Even the parking lot is pleasant—well landscaped and maintained.
  
  Another highlight: The (relatively) large, well-equipped kitchen.
