This gulf front townhome is light and airy with plenty of room to gather with your friends and family!

Throw open the sliding glass door from the great room and bring the emerald green waters and rejuvenating breezes in. Lounge and relax on your private deck while watching the dolphins play and the pelicans soar. The surf awaits you right outside your door!

Pops' has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or in the dining area or outside under the sun and stars on your deck.
The couch turns into a queen sized sleeper.
The main floor also has a bedroom with 2 queen beds that will sleep 4, a full private bath with new tub and enclosure, and full laundry.

Upstairs you'll find the king-sized gulf front primary bedroom with new walk in tub and enclosure in the ensuite bath and private Gulf front balcony. Imagine waking up to pearly white sand and emerald green waters as you begin your day or watching the moon dance on the gulf at day's end.
The third bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed and a set of bunk beds along with a new renovated private full bathroom.
WiFI is included.

As a bonus, on the ground floor is a little "getaway" unto itself! Here you'll find a private entrance into a studio apartment that has a pull-out couch, dining set, king-sized bed, full bathroom, full laundry and french doors out to a private patio. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Perfect for 2-4!
This room is also accessible to the upstairs unit without going outside.

After a day of lounging on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and grill (gas) your supper just outside your door.
There is plenty of parking for 4 cars and it is directly next door to Touch of Paradise if your group needs multiple houses.

Your pup is welcome to join you with owner's approval. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Pops always promised his family and friends a magical time at the beach, full of wonderful memories. Come on down and make some for yourself!!!

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  Really good vacation company to work with.
  This unit is older has somethings that could had been repaired like the hall air intake door the wood and pant was peeling up. Closet door upstairs looked like something chewed or scratched it. I feel the outside fence could use a little fixing. Beds are really hard but a really clean place. I will definitely rent from them again.

  You really can not go wrong with Navarre Beach. The house was great and had everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving meal.lol once you figured out the showers and the extremely hot water everything worked perfect. The only thing I could see they need to replace was the queen sleeper sofa mattress. There is no way anyone can sleep on those.

  This was our second stay in Pops Promise. The unit was clean and the kitchen stocked well. Our only downfall was the very uncomfortable sleeper sofas and a couple mattresses making it not enough space for all the fam. The weather was awesome the first four days. Access to the beach is great! Restaurants and shopping not far away for those rainy days.

  Weather was gorgeous. Unit is very nice and updated. Location to beach and local attractions is great. Negatives: there is no petition between decks of adjoining units.   To start with, communication was fantastic before during and after our stay and that is a big plus.
  Now, about our stay...plenty of space, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms...definitely a sanity and life saver. Very easy access to the beach and the 2 large decks were good to have. View from the top floor of the beach was awesome.
  as far as access to the area...easy to get back to the main island and the restaraunts and stores, etc. Also easy to get to entertainment for the young ones and into Pensacola as well as Destin. I'll stop here just say it was one of the best experience we hav had in 10 plus years of visiting the gulf coast.

  Right on the beach! Clean! The house was extremely clean when we arrived. And I'm picky so I check. :) We originally booked this house because we had 16 people coming. We had 3 back out at the last minute and I'm sort of glad they did. As spacious as the house is, it was more comfortable with less people. The pictures make the rooms look smaller than they are. Except for the kitchen. It was small for for me and my sisters and mom all trying to get things for the kids and cook. But we made it work. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and eating. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The bottom deck had some beach chairs, umbrellas and kids toys. That was nice! Washer and dryer upstairs and down. They provided a few pods for them as well. Location was great because it is close to the main bridge but not to close for heavy traffic. The best part was the beach was not crowded not matter what time of day you went out. We wanted a house with an open floor plan and larger living room to lounge in. This was perfect for that and the amount of people I needed to house. They even offered to let us check in early if cleaning was done. So sweet. We would definitely book with them again!

  Pretty good. The condo is kid-friendly and pleasant.when the air condition malfunctioned some came that day and repaired it. The parking was too limited for a condo offering thee capacity number of guests. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but a pantry would have helped a lot and the kitchen was unusually small. The cooking area could barely accommodate one cook, much less three.

  Pop’s Promise is located right on the beach with spectacular views. It was just what we needed for our Covid 19 vacation. Our goal was to stay close to our vacation rental with no huge beach crowds. Winn Dixie and Walmart were just a few minutes drive for our grocery pick up. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which made our stay even better. There was a musty smell throughout the interior which we assumed was from the carpet. A nice hard surface floor would make a great update to this vaca home. All in all we had a wonderful week at the beach.

  The place is great it looks safe . House is clean and very organize but they can improve in a little way . A little suggestion is change the bedding because it sleeks all the time. The beds are not that comfy specially the bottom bunk bed . The foam is too thin feels like you’re laying in a hard floor. Those are the only things that i wish it will be improve for the next vacation to feels like a paradise ! With that changes , we can consider another time to comeback on next beach trip . Thank you
