Salty Breeze is the perfect spot for your group of family and friends to gather, relax, and spend a glorious week in paradise right on the beach!

The walls of windows on the entire main floor bring the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right into the open concept living and dining area. This great space lets everyone be together yet allows a separate dining/game/tv area; large kitchen/prep area; and another tv/lounging area. Plenty of room to spread out!!!

Everything you need to cook a simple or gourmet meal can be found in this kitchen. Dine around the large table, sit around the 2 kitchen islands, or throw open the sliders and serve under the sun or stars on the huge gulf front deck. 2 picnic tables will fit your entire group outside while listening to the the waves crash on the shore and the seagulls fly overhead.

Grab a drink or a quick snack before heading down the stairs to the sand and surf!

Salty Breeze features 2 separate king-sized primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
All bathrooms have recently been re-modeled.

A third roomy bedroom sleeps 4, featuring 2 new full-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is a great place for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large play area to do puzzles or games, sleeping 4.
These two bedrooms open up to a large soundview deck, a great spot for your morning coffee or perfect place for a nightcap while watching the beautiful sunsets in the summertime!

The upstairs fifth bedroom is a loft, featuring a queen-sized bed, and is a wonderful "private escape" area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

There is a full-sized laundry room with new washer and dryer on the main floor.

The beach access is just out your back door. The wooden dune crossover next door makes it very convenient to bring coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to the surf.

There is enough parking to accommodate 5 cars as well as a charcoal grill for your use.
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25..

After a long day of relaxing, playing, swimming and shelling, rinse off under the outdoor shower under the house and sort your shell "treasures" in this shady area. You can even grill your lunch or dinner here, where there is always a Salty Breeze awaiting you!
Directly across the street from private houses Gulf/Sound and Optimal Escape if your large group needs multiple homes!

  My family gathered here to celebrate Christmas. We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

  We rented this house as a Christmas gift to our children and their families. The house was wonderful! It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

  Salty Breeze provided a lovely experience for our family vacation. All of us enjoyed the ocean views from every angle due to the abundant windows in the kitchen/dining/family area spanning the entire length of the house. Step outside the common areas to a genius deck pesky spindles or railings to obstruct your views. The Salty Breeze deck spaciously accommodates large gatherings. Furnishings were comfortable, the property was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils. We especially enjoyed the islands & dining seating for food prep and gathering for meals & snacks. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided excellent, responsive communication/service and promptly answered our questions & requests. Family members snorkeled, captured great shells, kayaked for fun and for fishing, surfed & soaked up the sun........all made easier due to the beachfront location. Our wild America sightings? Dolphins, rays breaching out of the waves and a manatee swimming close to shore! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

  This was our first Beach House / Home Rental vacation, and Salty Breeze hit all the marks. Great views and direct access to the beach. The house was fully stocked, and shopping was convenient to get anything we needed. Bluemoon was highly responsive to all requests and concerns. The house was more than big enough for our group of six adults and one child. The deck and front area of the house overlooks the beach, which is always busy with activity. We were surprised to see so many people fishing right off the shore and still could not figure out you could swim there and not get hooked, but we managed. The first few days were perfect for swimming and having fun on the beach, but the weather did get windy and the remainder of the week were Red and Double Red flag days. A Red flag means High Surf and/or Strong Currents. We decided not to take a chance on going into the water, but for the rest of our stay, we had Double Red Flags, which meant the water was closed to the public. We still went to the beach through and had fun.
  
  Salty Breeze has plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and we received three additional deck chairs so we could all sit on the deck! It seems the proximately to the public beach allows deck chairs to be taken. Though the public beach entrance is next door, it was not obtrusive and worked out for us as more kids were on the beach for my son to play with. The beach sand is so soft and clean that your feet will squeak as you walk barefoot. One tip is to keep the doors closed to keep that excellent beach sand outside.
  
  We had a great trip and spent time with family we have not been able to see in some time. Our time there was in late April, which is just before the busy season, so traffic wasn't dreadful, and we had access to everything that would usually be packed. We would unanimously give Salty Breeze two thumbs up and recommend it.

  This was beautiful location!!! We saw dolphins and mantarays playing about 50 yards off the coastline.. you have your open private walkway across the dunes, but you are also adjacent to a beach access so if you had elderly they could use that walk way and wouldn’t have to walk up hill over the dunes. Easy to navigate wheeled gear here as well... the kitchen was shockingly stocked for anything you could imagine.. large pot for a possible crab boil... which I would also recommend checking out the seafood market in Navarre... east access to Walmart and Winn Dixie...

  When Covid ruined our original vacation plans, we booked a last minute beach trip. The only big negative of the house was that it is next to the public access. The weekends were a little busy but week days were not bad from a beach crowd perspective. House was perfect for our group. The water was awesome!
