Your toes will be in the sand in minutes while staying in this beautiful gulf front complex. There are so many amenities to enjoy right at your fingertips!
Three pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, on site beach chair and canopy rentals, and a pool-side snack shop are all waiting for you here.
(The western pool is heated from the end of November until the end of March and all 3 hot tubs run all year!)

Watch the activity on the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico right from your private balcony as you greet the day with a cup of joe or end the day with a night cap.

This seaside elevator building home has floor to ceiling sliders and windows that bring the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico right in.
Relax in the comfortable living room, play games in the dining area or cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with all new SS appliances, all with gulf views.

All new beds, bedding and towels.
The king-sized primary bedroom has a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Wake up to seeing dolphins playing in the surf from your gulf front balcony.

Two queen-sized beds with large closet, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom make up the second bedroom.

A bonus "bunk room" is a private place for the kids to stay, away from the main living area. You'll find a set of bunk beds here that sleep 2 more and a TV.

There is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Plenty of parking and a grill area are on the ground level.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The view of the gulf from Sandy Toes was beautiful and fascinating. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The snowbirds were welcoming and their water aerobics and Friday night potlucks furthered friendships. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Our only suggestion would be something to clean up the sand other than a broom. Also maybe a grab bar in the master tub.

  We stay in Navarre every summer and picked this location for the first time. The price and size were a great value for our large family. The only negatives were that management was a little persistent about getting us out at 9am even though it said 10am on VRBOs contract. And they never checked on us throughout our stay which is something that I have come to expect from VRBOs. Also, we really would have liked some beach towels and toilet paper stocked as well. Overall, nice place to stay - clean, great view, safe environment, quick return of safety deposit and wonderful pools.

  Our girl's trip was fantastic. We stayed in Sandy Toes at the Summerwind Resort and the condo was everything as described, clean, well stocked with essentials and if we called with a question they were always friendly and extremely helpful. The view was breath-taking, white sands, emerald water, you couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this unit. Our tours were of Pensacola and the Sunset Dolphin Tour and I also highly recommend either or both of these tours. We look forward to coming back and seeing more and relaxing.

  This property was excellent. Pictures are very accurate. Great location with easy walk to beach and short walk or drive to many great restaurants. Nice benefit to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you each day! We only had 5 but could comfortably have 7 or even 8. Nice fitness center on the first floor with great beach/ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.
