Welcome to the beautiful emerald green waters and sugar white sand beaches of Navarre Beach!

Enjoy panoramic views from this immaculate 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome with huge Gulf front deck.

The large living area opens onto your own private deck. It's the perfect place to relax with a cool drink after spending the day swimming or shelling. Take a few steps off the deck and find your toes in the sand!

This home comfortably sleeps 10, with each bedroom having its own private bath. The huge third floor king-sized primary suite has a private balcony where you can watch the dolphins play while having your morning coffee.
The first floor bedroom is queen-sized and the other second floor bedroom has a king-sized trundle and 2 full-sized beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a large dining table and a breakfast bar. You can also grill out on the deck under the stars!

Sort your treasure of collected sea shells and rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower on the shaded ground floor deck. There is also a charcoal grill here for your use.

Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this home offers every amenity you need for a memorable beach vacation.

You can bike, walk or jog on the multi-use path, just outside this home, that runs the length of the island. Bicycle, kayak and surf board rentals are available at the entrance to the island.
The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is just 2 miles east on the island, and is a great spot to fish and people watch.
There are 4 bar/restaurants down the road that all offer gorgeous views of the sound and the gulf.
The Marine Science Station, which promotes the conservation of the marine ecosystem of coastal Florida is located on the east end of the island.
Pensacola Beach is a 20 minute ride west along the beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore and offers a variety of restaurants and shops.
The US Navy and the US Air Force armament museums are 30 minutes away and the Gulf Breeze Zoo is just a 15 minute car ride away.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner approval. There will be a $200 per pet fee for each , with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Seagull is next door to Sweet Alices Sandcastle and in the same 4 plex as Breezeway and Beach Blessing if your group needs multiple units!

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  We really appreciated all the included amenities at the property. I do wish that the property had included more than one beach chair. We noticed alot of rust on the door fixtures (hinges/plates/locks, etc) and had difficulty using the patio door due to this, I think those should be replaced. We truly enjoyed our stay and would use the property again as the location was not near the high rises and the views from the property are unobstructed. The property manager is very responsive and attentive to requests as well.

  Overall we all had a great stay. House was spacious and clean. I loved that it wasn't crazy busy. Stores & restaurants were easy to get to. We were hoping to catch some prettier water. Lots of weeds floating and wish you could see the beach from the beach house. The grassy hill blocks your few. It did make for some great pictures. As for amenities I gave it 3 stars. A few little things we normally find @ our other beach house stays weren't there. There wasn't a lighter for the charcoal grill, no salt & pepper shakers. The ice maker finally filled up by end of the week and would only put out crushed ice. My mom and her friend sat on deck most of the time and the umbrella for table was missing and that is your very first picture. Overall I give the house a 5. We'd visit again.

  This is our 4th time to Navarre Beach, and we love the area. The house itself was very nice; there was plenty of room to spread out and the view was amazing. There are three outdoor deck areas; the ground level patio that was perfect for loading and unloading before hitting the beach, the large main level deck for outdoor family time, and the great upstairs deck off the primary bedroom which was perfect for morning zoom calls. We would visit again!

  We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the condo rental. Everything went smoothly and the condo was so nice. Very clean and in great condition. The only thing we wish it had was a bridge from condo to beach like the neighbors. That would make it easier for elderly or people recovering from chemo/illness who would love to relax on the beach too. The beach was beautiful and quiet.

  We had a great time at this condo. The weather and water were perfect. The downstairs area was perfect for us to cook outdoors and to clean up all the kids after a day at the beach. The only thing that could be done to improve the property is to put something reflective on the step on the main deck. It is very easy to miss that step since it is all one color.

  The Sea Hawk was the perfect place for a nice relaxing ladies get away. The property management company was easy to communicate with and met us with the keys right on time. The condo was sparkling clean and well appointed. The layout of the house was perfect for us 4 ladies, and could accommodate 1-2 more. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking great meals with local fresh seafood. The deck was amazing for lounging and the views were great, dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The proximity to the beach was tops, just a short walk over 1 sand dune. During our stay in late April, the beach was very peaceful. We also enjoyed snorkeling at the marine sanctuary, driving through the Gulf National Seashore to Ft. Pickens, and kayaking right in the ocean in front of the condo. The location and proximity to attractions and stores was perfect. We will definitely be back to the Sea Hawk!

  This is our third summer in a row renting through Blue Moon. ALWAYS a good & positive experience. The property we rented, “Sea Hawk” was clean & pretty much matched the online description. The extra cleaning measures due to Covid19 were very much appreciated. The only thing I would address/suggest would be some more baking pans(pizza pans) in kitchen and a few laundry baskets. It was a great week of just “getting away” and relaxing with our family. We will definitely work with Blue Moon again for our next family get-a-way- we LOVE Navarre Beach!!!
