Throw open the sliding glass doors from your open concept living area and bring the outside in. Dine inside or out while gazing at the beautiful unobstructed gulf view.

Cook a special meal in the well equipped kitchen or grill outside under the stars on your private deck. Seating for 6 plus lounge chairs make this a very relaxing spot to view the beautiful waters of the gulf.
The entire house is outfitted with a water filtration system!
A queen-sized bedroom and full bath complete this main floor.

Upstairs you'll find the king-sized primary suite with it's own large bath and a huge balcony with lounge chairs and high top table and chairs. It's the perfect spot to start the day with your first cup of coffee or toast to another beautiful day with a night cap. There is a Gulf front desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation and you even have your own coffee/wine bar in the room!
Down the hall you'll also find the third bedroom with 2 twin beds , another full bath and a full laundry room up here.

After a long day of swimming and relaxing on the beach, sort your shells in the shady area on the ground floor.
There is a gas grill for your use on the deck.

There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway of this home. This is a non pet friendly unit.

Next door to Rammer Jammer if your group needs multiple houses.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  This was our 4th year staying with a Blue Moon Rental Property (2nd time in Seagull). The location and home are perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen had a generous amount of cookware/dishes/utensils. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. On rainy days we enjoyed playing games in the covered area on the ground floor. This was the perfect place for our family to just "be". We beached all day, napped, laughed, relaxed, had no schedules, and made tons of memories. This home gave us plenty of room to enjoy each other and be together but also spacious enough that we could all spread out. This home had a variety of games, movies, and books to enjoy while staying there. We are planning our next Navarre trip. If the same amount of people come (8) next time we will absolutely rent this home for the 3rd year. If our family grows we may need a bigger place but regardless of the size of home we need, we will only be using Blue Moon Vacation Rentals. They make the trip from beginning to leaving simple, smooth, easy, and personal. Every home we have stayed in has been so clean and beautiful.

  Our third time here, we love being right on the beach, away from the crowds by the condos and hotels. Walk right out to the sand and collect more shells or just stroll along the edge of the ocean or hang out in a beach chair. Great accommodations, comfortable furniture and everything you need. Just bring your clothes and go food shopping. Everything was clean and the sole small problem that occurred was addressed immediately by polite and efficient maintenance. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away as is the National Sea Shore. Hit the zoo this trip and had a great time feeding the animals and the budgies. If you do want the crowds of typical tourist sites, Pensacola and Destin are close enough to drive to and enjoy.

Navarre Beach provides an excellent retreat fir beach lovers. It is so much better than the crowded beaches east of Destin. Loved the unit and plan on renting this place in the fall.

  Great location, quiet beach away from the condos and hotel. Clean and had recent updates. Kitchen cabinets could use a tiny bit more updating but everything works fine. Comfortable furnishings and big walk-in showers. Love the decks to just hang out and listen to the surf. Short walk to the beach, which is great, and close to the National Seashore. Shell collecting was wonderful. This was our second time here, and we hope to come back again!

  This was our 3rd time to stay at Seagull, and, as in the past, it was a wonderful stay. We love the location and the layout works well for visiting family and friends. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a couple of deferred maintenance issues, the main one being the decking out to the water. There were some screws that were sticking up from the wood that made walking barefoot dangerous. We had a couple of stormy days so we used the patio underneath the house to keep the kids entertained and noticed that some of the lights were either out or the fixtures damaged. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to spend 2 to 3 weeks just relaxing and enjoying the views. We are looking forward to our next visit.

  This unit is in a perfect location—far enough away from noisy crowded high rise condos but close enough to restaurants, shops etc. You basically have a private beach just steps outside your door. The large balconies off living room and master suite were perfect for morning coffee or evening wine with a view. The unit is very spacious and clean. The master is extra spacious and offers in-room coffee and fridge. Shout out to the Blue Moon staff who were so friendly and addressed a couple of non-urgent maintenance issues promptly. We had a relaxing vacation and even got to bring our puppy along. One word of caution is the traffic is extremely heavy on Saturday so you should get groceries before checking into your unit since there is only one way on and off island. We have a new favorite destination!!

  Management company was professional in conversations prior to arrival. They met us promptly at the property upon arrival.
  Location of property is fantastic if you want NON-crowded beaches! Not close to any condos or hotels or big public access points, so it is mostly beach walkers and close-by house renters occupying beach. About a 5 minute drive to Navarre Beach's restaurants / the bridge; 25 min to Pensacola Beach. Beach itself is also in fantastic condition at this location.
  House was great (part of a 4 unit property - 3 levels consisting of entry at the bottom, kitchen/living area/queen bedroom/bathroom/deck on main level, and master king bed/two twin bed/laundry/two bathrooms/another deck on upper level. Great layout as long as you don't mind stairs. Beds comfy, but didn't care for the pillows (flat). Carpet on the staircases is really the only thing that might need updating - otherwise everything is quite modern and very spacious. Hot water heater struggles to keep up with more than 3-4 people, but otherwise this house can easily handle the 8 advertised between the 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in living area. 2 huge sliding doors on both main levels provide great views, and decks on 2 levels are nice. Master has coffee bar/fridge/counter area which is also nice. We had 2 people for part of our stay and one night with 6 people - all were easily accommodated. Be careful on the tile floor on the main floor as it gets a bit slippery with the moisture in the air.
  Everything was clean to reasonable expectation and we felt perfectly safe here. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed and worked well. A small supply of beach chairs and toys were provided and had good deck furniture. We would definitely select this property again if we visited Navarre Beach!

  The home was cleaned and cutely decorated. There were a couple of issues which were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. We brought my daughter, her husband and two granddaughters ages 5 and 3. They had so much fun! It is super handy to have such close access to the beach; we could stay a couple of hours then go back for lunch, naps etc. I love that here you are far way from the high rise condos and crowds. You can visit the pier area then go back to your uncrowded beach! Navarre will most certainly be on our vacation list in the future.
