Spend your vacation at this beautifully well appointed home located in a private village community on the sound.

It's a short distance to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico as well as to the small private sound beach.

Take a swim in the small community pool after a day of beaching , shelling and building sandcastles .

All the rooms are on one floor in this calming open concept beach home. Throw open the French doors and your living area is expanded onto a huge deck with gulf and sound views.

Cook your meals in this fully equipped kitchen or grill (gas) and dine outside under the stars on the deck. The possibilities are endless!

The king -sized primary suite has it's own private bath. On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's, Blue Ray DVD players and Direct TV DVR Satellite Receivers allowing you to record any shows and watch them at a later time on any or all of the TV's.
A full bath and a laundry room are also on this side.

Brand new bamboo flooring has been installed in all bedrooms, which compliment the tile floors in the rest of the house. No carpeting.

On the ground floor you have access to an oversized private garage which can house 2 vehicles. There is also a ping pong table here for you to enoy!
Outside there is driveway parking for 2 more cars.
Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway!

There is a beautiful fenced in yard, and your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The staff at Blue moon vacation rentals were on point . The property was very clean and comfortable just as pictured . I will definitely be booking again . The ac could have been a little colder 72 is a little warm for me the master was a little warmer but overall still cooler then outside lol.

    We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us! A/C's can freeze up and stop working if the temp is too low, so that is the recommended temperature to avoid shutting down.

  This house was very clean and we loved the house. Access to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk and I loved that we had a walkway at our street. I would stay here again and the process was easy with the mgmt co. Only thing I would change is access to the backyard. You have to go downstairs and thru garage to let dog out. But not a deal breaker. Thanks for a great stay.

  Awesome beach and location. Very clean. Everything worked. Fantastic deck with brand new grill. Community/complex pool. Beach is about a 3 block walk. However the inlet/sound is a sort 2 minute walk. Loved the 2 car garage. 2 grocery stores within 5 minute drive.

  Seas the Day is I. A perfect location on Navarre Beach, FL.
  Within the neighborhood is a private beach on the bay.
  Great for young kids or paddle boarding.
  Just across the road there is a walkway leading to the beach for that Florida beach experience.
  Property has a great back porch to enjoy in the evening and the location is just a short bike ride from Juana’s and the pier.
