Sunset Serenade is located on the 4th floor of a low density 5 story elevator building. There is a beautiful Gulf front pool, a private dune crossover and an on site beach chair/umbrella rental service.

The open floor plan makes you feel like you're sitting right on the beach while inside. A large covered side balcony offers Gulf views and plenty of room to sunbathe or read a book while listening to the surf.
There are new Granite countertops in the kitchen, and a new dining table that seats 6. Dine in with a beautiful Gulf view!

Wake up to the beach from the queen-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath.
The new walk-in shower is tiled.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bath with tub adjacent to this bedroom.

All rooms have flat screen TV's. The second bedroom's tv is for streaming only.

The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa which allows this unit to sleep 6 comfortably.
A fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, 2 bar stools, and a large pantry has plenty of room for meal or snack making.

There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, a charcoal grill on the ground floor courtyard, on site parking, and wifi is included.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable had to put cushions on mattress and sleep on cushions. The coils in sofa mattress were very uncomfortable. Could have used orientation to tvs. Each tv was different. Found old shows on den tv watched in evening. Used apps on phone for news weather and more recent tv programs.

The condo was well-kept and well-decorated. Enjoyed being able to see the beach, water and wildlife from the windows and balcony. Access to the beach was great, enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect - away from the “busy-ness” of the bridge/pier.

The condo affords great beachfront views from a corner unit so large side porch with front and side view. The condo is very clean and conveniently located to central Navarre and the National Seashore Beach in either side. There is an adjacent bike path for those who want to enjoy the ride. We appreciated the covered parking specially since we had bikes. We also appreciated the unit not being next to the high rise hotels. The management company was on the spot to answer all your needs. The unit was well stocked with items including coffee filters, shampoo, soap dishesetc. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first trip to Navarre, and it did not disappoint!! Absolutely fell in love with the beach & the view from this condo. I don't think I've ever had a more beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is decorated so pretty & beachy. Beds were comfortable. I do wish the beds were king-sized because we are a family of tall people. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. The shower was nicely updated. The sound of the ocean from the bedroom I slept in was glorious!! We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Our room was immaculately clean, and I'm a stickler about that. I would be concerned about the cooling unit because we kept it at 72 like they asked and if the weather had been hot I'm afraid the room wouldn't be very cool. Even with the cooler weather outside, the condo was slightly too warm with it set at 72. The complex itself is not a high rise which we like! The other renters were very friendly and nice. I am planning on returning and will hopefully stay here again! I can't say anything bad about it! Amazing view, clean and cute condo, perfect stay!! Blue Moon was wonderful to rent from.

2nd time staying at Sunset Serenade. Very nice place with the most amazing views of the gulf. Kitchen was well equipped to make Christmas Dinner for my family. I can't say enough about the service we received from Blue Moon. Their communication before, during and after was perfect even during the worst cold snap in decades. When our flight was delayed due to the meltdown at Southwest, Lisa S. with Blue Moon was very helpful with extending our stay with ease and efficiency. Her pleasant personality was truly appreciated.

Nice location on Navarre. In September, so less crowds and great weather. Typical beautiful clean beach but erosion made water access tough for folks with bad knees. Umbrella with chairs should be included; I’d rather pay a bit more than deal with the rental each day. Clean decent size pool. Clean condo with comfy beds, nice beach decor, good HVAC, and well stocked kitchen. Yes, a pullout couch, but would be crowded with more than 4. We really liked the balcony and the spacious beach views from front rooms. Very nice walk-in master shower, but odd rest of bathroom and master bedroom not updated. Need ceiling fans in bedrooms especially 2nd one. TVs a disappointment without cable or satellite line up. We’re not high tech; other folks may prefer the totally smart TVs. Property management kind and very responsive. Really didn’t like paying such a high deposit but at least quickly returned.

This is very nice condo right on the beach. It is small compared to some in larger complexes but was perfect for 4 adults. The kitchen is big enough; however, the pots and pans are lacking if you plan to prepare home cooked meals during your stay. Also elevator is a bit shady and rusting through on sides and the elevator inspection permit was expired before and during our trip. Stairs are available for mobile guests.
