This high end Gulf front townhome will delight your group of 8.

The open concept floor plan offers beautiful emerald green water views from the entire great room. Lounge on the plush living room furniture while watching the large flat screen TV or the dolphins play just outside.
The chef's kitchen offers every amenity, including granite countertops, stainless appliances and separate ice maker all surrounded by high end cabinetry. Dine at the table for 4 and at the breakfast bar that seats an additional 4.
There is also a queen-sized bedroom with connected full private bath and a convenient half bath on this floor.

Just outside the back door is a private dune cross-over that leads directly to the beach.

The upper floor has a king-sized primary suite with separate work area. The en suite bath features a jetted tub, walk in shower, dual vanities and separate water closet. The private deck offers you beautiful morning sunrises and gorgeous winter sunsets.
Just down the hall are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms with a shared full bath between them.

Plenty of parking, a garage for 2 cars, gas grill and outdoor shower complete the package here.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  We stayed at Sunset Terrace in 2018 and 2022. We love the layout and amount of space. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. Neighbor owners are very friendly. Our only issues: under-sink leak in top floor guest bathroom; oven thermostat seems off; cooktop took some getting used to. The ice-machine got a huge workout! The unit is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Enjoyed a drink at Juana's while waiting on check-in, very efficient Blue Moon process. Favorite restaurants: Dave's Oyster Bar (local, not touristy) and Shaggy's on P'Cola Beach, but Flounders was a letdown in 2022. Attractions: Frisky Mermaid Blue Angels/Dolphin tour. Toured the Turtle Conservation Center, saw Sweet Pea. Great for little ones. You really just need to arrive with your swimsuit and towel. The condo has everything including a guest book with beach supplies, services, and restaurant information. My only request is later checkout. 9:00am meant our last evening was spent packing up and not enjoying every possible beach moment. Husband was able to use elevator (extra deposit) since he was recovering from compound ankle fractures/surgeries. We cannot wait to return to Navarre Paradise and hopefully this same unit!!

  We had a wonderful stay and it was a wonderful property, perfect size for our group. The elevator was great for the elderly persons in our family. Two suggestions would be 1) Improving the Wi-fi since more people are working remote these days. The internet signal was poor and the router had to be restarted several times a day. 2)The exhaust fan in the kitchen was non-functional.

  Sunset Terrace is a beautiful townhouse, even better than the pictures. Description is very accurate. The rental was ready when we arrived and very clean. The location was quiet, but close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The beach access was great, down the steps and over the private boardwalk to the amazing beach. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the unit and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The management team was exceptional and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.
