Relax in this sound front studio retreat which offers sleeping for 4. The custom slider creates a private queen-sized bedroom, and there is a comfy queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

This Treasure has been totally renovated and is brand new to the rental market. You'll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry and bamboo flooring. Everything you need to cook your meals can be found in this well equipped kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Situated on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, you are afforded beautiful sound views as well as a private beach and fishing pier..If you feel like cooking outside, there is a private soundside gazebo with grills.

Cool off after a long beach day in the beautiful pool, then make your way on out to the private pier for a magnificent sunset.
There is even parking for your boat or jet ski here (with prior approval), so bring your toys for an unforgettable vacation in Florida's Most Relaxing Spot!

    My adult son and I had to find a very quick, last minute rental. The condo was just what we needed! The unit was clean, grounds well maintained and there is a beautiful view of sound from the unit. I loved the retractable door between bedroom/living room. I also loved the travel mugs😊 I was glad I brought a wagon- beach is a bit of a jaunt, but doable.

    We had such a great time staying here! Very clean. Only thing I didn't like was I had to pull out the bed to hook up my charger. it would be nice to have something, like a drop cord, that extends out of the wall to be able to charge your phone. Kitchen was nice, bathroom was nice, living room was nice. I love how they rebuilt the dock with the solid floors! The pool area was very nice as well :) We really, really enjoyed our vacation. Deposit was returned less than a week as well! Highly recommended.

    This is a great little place. It was clean and well equiped. It's close to the sound and close to the gulf. If I had to give one drawback it would be the internet connection. It was pretty bad. Not so bad if you don't have to do any work while your there.
