Turtles Nest

Incredible views of the emerald green gulf waters and the pearly white sand are just outside your door.

Turtle's Nest is a beautifully decorated and furnished end unit townhome.
Even when you are inside, the wall of windows from the great room brings the beauty of the outside right in.
Open concept living in the huge great room allows for your entire group to gather while watching the 55" flat screen TV, cooking, dining, playing games or just relaxing. Watch the turtles swim by, the dolphins play and the seagulls soar from the comfort of the living area or from one of 2 spacious balconies.

The well appointed, high end kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, and gorgeous cabinetry. All this and an array of small appliances provide everything you'll need to make a gourmet meal or just a snack.
There is comfortable dining room seating for 8, 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional option out on the balcony.
A beachy queen bedroom with flat screen TV, full bathroom with access from the bedroom and/or the hallway, and a full-sized washer and dryer are also on the main level.

Upstairs you'll find the king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a jetted soaking tub, separate walk in shower, double sinks/vanities and a private water closet. The large private balcony off the master is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular sun or moon rise over the gulf. There is also a coffee station here for your first cup in the morning!
Another beautifully furnished queen-sized bedroom with flat screen TV, a 4th "under the sea" themed bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (the kids won't want to leave!) and a full bathroom complete this floor.
Luxury linens are on all beds.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

The ground floor has garage parking for 2 vehicles as well as a built in bar It's a great hang out spot....bring something from your favorite sport's team and hang it on the wall!
There is also a propane grill, gulf front patio with outdoor shower and ample room for driveway parking.

Come on out to the sand and sea where the turtles play. You might be lucky enough to see a hatching!

  Enjoyed having the ocean right out our back door. There was enough space for ten of us including grandparents, parents with five children and an uncle. We could spread out and sleeping arrangements allowed for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals in and the ice machine was an added bonus. Had a few bad days of weather but plenty of room for us to play cards. Boys loved the dart board in the basement. Would definitely stay again. Management was friendly and great at communicating.   From top to bottom, from beginning to end, we loved Turtles Nest. My best friends & I have been meeting in the Panhandle the last 4 years and this is by far our favorite house out of the 4!   We had a great vacation at Turtles Nest. The townhome is directly on the beach with a wonderful view, and the beach is not crowded at all here. There was about 25 feet between each group... Great for social distancing. The 4 bedroom 3 bath set-up was perfect for us. 4 adults and 4 kids. Each couple had their own bedroom with separate bath. There was a bedroom for older kids, a bedroom for younger kids, and a bath for all the kids to share. We also found the garage on the lower level to be quite useful. After a day on the beach, just drop off all the beach equipment in the garage and you are done. One item that does need a bit of freshening in the house is the kitchen ware/utensils. Not a big problem, it is just time to replenish and update the kitchen ware. And be warned, the dryer is SLOOOOOOW. Blue Moon Vacations was great to work with. They responded promptly when emailed or called. We enjoyed our time at Turtles Nest and would stay hear again!
