Sun Salutation

You will instantly fall in love with this high end custom built home with all the "goodies"! Sitting directly across from a beach access, there are sweeping unobstructed views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf from the front and side decks. Peaceful sound views surround the back deck.....you'll feel like you're on your own island as you relax on the outdoor furniture and sip a cold drink. Grill (gas) your supper and eat under the stars!

The entire house is wired for high speed internet service.

A welcoming entryway greets you on the first floor. The spacious living area has super comfortable furniture, a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. A huge kitchen is to your left,and has an over-sized dining set that is surrounded by windows on 2 sides overlooking the Gulf. SS appliances, granite countertops and roomy high end cabinetry surround a center island offering additional seating as well as extra prep space.
The main floor also has a queen bedroom with sliders out to the sound view deck, and full bath with tub/shower combo.

Upstairs you'll find a queen bedroom,shared bath with walk in shower and double sinks, and a bunk room with 4 beds. All have french doors leading out to the Gulf view balcony. The king-sized primary suite has wrap around windows with never ending Gulf views, a large ensuite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower and a large closet. There is even a desk in here if you need to make this a "working vacation"! The full-sized laundry room is also on this floor for convenience.

A new seating area was just created in the front with solar lighting.

The ground level is another great hang out area with a ping pong table and 60" flat screen TV. There is an additional freezer down here for your use. Rinse off from a day at the beach under the outdoor shower. Driveway parking for 5 cars. Garage is not accessible, nor is crows nest.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  This home was great for our family of 10. The home was perfectly clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook for a large group. Beds very comfortable. Linens in good condition.
  Nicely decorated. wonderful decks with good seating.

  Close to the beach so it was easy to walk back and forth for food, etc.
  Loved everything except the ground level area smelled musty and we could not spend much time down there. Perhaps it's just the humid air of the beach?

  Sun Salutation was the perfect place for our family vacation--6 adults and 4 toddlers. We loved the location being far enough away from the busy pier area, yet close to all amenities. The house was great and had everything we needed. The basement was a good hangout during a severe storm/tornado warning. But the front porch was our favorite gathering place, the view was awesome! We were fortunate to see the Blue Angels flying low in formation over the water by the beach!
  
  The staff at Blue Moon was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions.
  
  It was a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be back again!

  The property description Is accurate. The house was very clean and the property well-maintained. There is a very large deck space with plenty of sunny and shaded outdoor seating. There is an abundance of cookware and dishes. The walk to the beach was very short - directly across the street. The owners even had a few bikes available for our use. Blue Moon provided very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

  This home was in a perfect location directly across the street from the public beach access. Home was so nice. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Garage was perfect for outdoor hanging out with tv, ping pong table. Plenty of freezers. We only had one hiccup and was smoke alarm pinging all night to alert batteries need changed. Maintenance was there promptly to fix. Would have been nice to of had access to elevator in the home. Could have used a more than one kitchen towel in kitchen. Towels in baths were kinda slim too. We did lots of laundry. I definitely would be interested in staying there again.

  First and foremost, Sun Salutation's management is top-notch in every way that matters to renters -- a) fast response time, b) great mannerisms, c) clear communications, d) motivated to make your stay awesome, and e) working with you in every way they can for your enjoyment of the property.
  
  Secondly, this is a fandamnedtastic house and location on Navarre Beach. The beach view is awesome, and beach access is super convenient. Sound access is also available, although you'll have to track through the sand and vegetation a bit. The house is arranged great for multiple parties of friends and/or family, and there's nice play area at the garage level so that rain-days can still be fun. With TV's in nearly every room, folks can pull away from the crowd and enjoy some alone time as well.
  
  The kitchen is well-designed for cookin' whatever you like, and it's arranged such that many folks can hang there without it feeling too crowded. And there's a grill at the bottom level that's isolated form the main party, so that grillers can stand clear of the kids!
  
  Lastly, the rooms were well-cleaned when we got there.

  We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Sun Salutation in September, 2020. The house was immaculate and in practically perfect condition. We had a party of six with 4 adults and 2 young children. The location, layout, outdoor spaces, well-equipped and spacious kitchen, living area and covered recreation area are well suited for gatherings, even those larger than ours. The views are absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to go back! The gals at Blue Moon were very friendly and easy to work with, as well! Thank you for a great trip!
  Our only request to improve the property would be placing a simple enclosure around the outdoor shower so young children can have their bathing suits emptied of all the sand to prevent it from going into the house!

  We loved our stay! This home is very clean, neat, comfortable and in a perfect location. The large kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need to eat in. Beds were very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful from the huge porch (both main level and upper level). The unfinished basement is perfect for dropping all the beach supplies off each day after a quick rinse at the outdoor shower. It also has a ping pong table and t.v.. There are beach chairs and a beach cart for guests to use. The elevator was nice for loading and unloading bags/groceries. Located right across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the gulf. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait until we are able to return!
