Sunset Villa is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with community pool, waterviews and a short walk to the beach!

Located on the sound in Sunset Harbor, Sunset Villa has recently been completely updated. Immaculate condo with new flooring throughout (no carpeting), new kitchen appliances and new bedroom furniture welcome you on your beachy getaway.
The large flat screen TV allows viewing from the great room and the kitchen.
This is a charming spot for your group of 4-5!

Wireless internet is included.
The queen-sized primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional bath with walk in shower off the hall.
There is a futon in the great room to sleep one more.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make snacks after beachtime or dinner after pooltime. A breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table an additional 2.
You can also dine on the balcony which offers gorgeous unobstructed views of the sound, and the most glorious sunsets you'll ever see!

What a great spot to begin and end your day in paradise.

The community pool is close to your door (where grills are available), and the beautiful emerald green Gulf and snow white beach is a short distance away.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  The condo was very clean, comfortable and a relaxing walk or short drive to the beach. The grills and the pool on the property were both great. We enjoyed dining at Andy D's, Juana Pagodas, Hub Stacey's in Pensecola, and UFO Mini Golf and dining at Sidlines in Pensacola Beach.

  We had a great time! Condo was very clean and space was perfect for what we needed. Great location and the layout was well designed. We didn’t cook while we were there but definitely could have if we chose to. Small things (like finding ample outlets to plug in baby monitor, phone, sound machines) were also covered and it seems like they really thought of everything.   We've rented from Blue Moon several times now and have always had good luck. We started with a crew of 6 but as my kids have gotten older, that number has dwindled to 3. With it just being 3 of us, Sunset Villa was perfect. While it is not directly on the ocean, there is a lovely Western view of the sound. This was the perfect choice for my wife, daughter and I. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was ideal. T

  This condo was absolutely the best choice for us. It was immaculately clean, big bathrooms, comfy beds, and located perfectly for our vacation. Great view of water, great parking and a nice pool. Having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver. I prepared breakfast and dinner and had all the cooking essentials I needed. We brought our granddaughter to Florida for the first time and she was so excited as we entered the beach-themed condo. Checking in was a breeze and any questions I had were answered very quickly. We were so very happy with our choice and will definitely choose this condo again for our next vacation in Florida. You should too!

  Great Sunset Views. Friendly management. Clean property. Relaxing beach atmosphere on the Sound. Great for kayaking/paddle boarding. Unit is clean & decorated cute. Only complaint was the noise from the people staying above us. It was tolerable except for when they were walking around between the hours of 3-5 a.m. getting ready to go fishing or whatever.
