This beautiful A-Frame home has all high end finishes and furnishings. Massive windows afford water views from every angle. You'll feel as if you are on a ship!

Lounge in the open concept great room, cook in the kitchen with all new high end appliances, have drinks on the multiple decks and grill your dinner outside your door......every convenience has been appointed.
The king-sized primary bedroom has an en suite luxury bath with a heated tub and a deck with Gulf views.

Upstairs is a huge loft with a king, a queen and a twin bed. There is also a luxury bath, outside decks and a view that goes on forever.
There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom as well as the great room and wifi is included.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission and $200 per pup fee.
Note that dogs are not permitted on the Gulf Beach.

The beach is just 5 minutes away. Rinse off under the outside shower after a day playing in the waves.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. There is one outside camera on the property for security and insurance purposes only. It is not monitored and will only be viewed in the event of an incident.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  Well appointed. Had everything needed in the kitchen and more. AC wasn’t able to keep up with the temps. Lots of windows also means lots of heat from the sun. It needs better blackout curtains to help with the temp. This is a nice place for a small family. It’s pet friendly, but no where to walk your pet, no grass. The furniture is chintzy, small table and chairs for dining, poor quality sofa, mattresses weren’t great. Bathrooms were nice. Outdoor shower was great! Distance to beach access is about a block. Rental company is great, very responsive.

  Our second year renting from Blue Moon Vacation Rentals and have already booked the same house for February 2025. We enjoy the Navarre area because it isn’t too commercialized yet it is within 20 miles in any direction of things to do. Blue Moon is a pleasure to work with. The house we stayed in had many “high tech” amenities which we enjoyed. In our experience, the Blue Moon staff has been very accommodating and communication with the staff always got a prompt reply.

  The house is amazing! Clean and inviting! Had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. Perfect for our family. Close and easy walk to the beach, although we did drive to haul our chairs/cooler/canopy. Parking lot was a short walk to the beach. We hope to come back!!

  Overall we had a great stay. Easy beach access, restaurants within a reasonable walking distance, and lots of privacy (which is ideal when you're taking a socially-distanced vacation).
  
  A couple opportunities for improvements would be: (1) more thorough cleaning in the kitchen - the counter surfaces were clean but the floor was very sticky and we had to clean it ourselves so that we didn't track sticky foot prints all over the house. (2) A/C improvements - during our stay the house was never able to fully cool down, even at night. We kept the curtains closed through the day and never adjusted the temp from what it was set at when we arrived (72), but it was always a little warm in the house. The ceiling fans helped, but as someone who is used to cool temps while sleeping, it was tough to sleep in a warmer temperature.

  The property for the price point seem to lack certain amenities. Please keep this in perspective, we are talking about a vacation during COVID when going out for entertainment and food is minimal.
  Seating in the living area did not support the occupancy and was uncomfortable. The TV in the master is old (not compatible to modern devices), small and not connected to cable/dish. The a/c struggled to keep the home comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were nice. Bring your own non-stick frying pan.
  Outdoor shower needs to be enclosed.
