This beautiful sound side home will delight your senses! Breathtaking water views will instantly get you into vacation mode.

Upon entering you are greeted with an open concept floor plan and wall of windows that leads onto a large outside deck overlooking the water.
New flooring.....NO carpeting anywhere!

A huge gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, large walk in pantry, wet bar and ice maker allows for multiple chefs. You have the option of dining in or out! Inside the table seats 8 and breakfast bar an additional 3. Just outside on the deck there is another dining table which also seats 8. There is no better spot to watch the boats and jet skis on the inter coastal waterway.

The king-sized primary bedroom with door onto the deck has an en suite bath. Relax at the end of a long beach day in the jetted tub and enjoy the walk-in shower, dual sinks and private water closet.
The second king-sized bedroom also has an en suite bath, with tub/shower combination and small private deck.
Down the hall is the third bedroom which features a queen and a set of twin bunk beds as well as the third full bathroom.
All bedrooms are bright and sunny with flat screen TV's.

On the ground floor back patio there is another table for 6 and out door "rinse off" shower. The 2 car garage has a ping pong table and houses a few bicycles and a kayak with paddles for your use while staying here!

There is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, watching sunsets from the private pier or setting up your chairs on the private community sound beach. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Gulf beach, the pier and restaurants.
There is a private community dock and a dedicated boat slip for you to use.

  Fabulous property. Fun for all ages. Lots of toys and space to enjoy them. Beach was great for some corn hole games and kayaks were nice to paddle out and watch the sunset. Water was just gorgeous on both sides. House was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the recliners and watching a movie or playing games. Found a little gem in Navarre beach. Thank you for sharing.

  This house was perfect for our stay! We had 3 different families consisting of 5 adults, 2 infants, 1 toddler, 1 child. My favorite part was the fact that the bay is literally in the back yard which made for convenient trips to the “beach” with all of our kids, tents, coolers, chairs, etc. The Bay Area at this house was just like the beach just minus the big waves (which can be a down side if you enjoy the waves) but plenty of sand and you’re able to get in the water and swim. The house provides you with two kayaks which we got much joy out of! The gulf side beach is across the street from the entrance of the neighborhood. It’s really not a bad walk at all. We did make the walk with our whole bunch a couple times. It wasn’t the most fun but it was better than driving to the parking lot (maybe 4 min from the house by car) in our opinions. This house had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc however I did not spot a wine opener (may want to bring your own). I loved that there is a washer/dryer. We do a lot of laundry with three kids. The house was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

  It was so nice being close to the beach. Great large house, very comfortable for the 7 of us. The beds are very hard, I know some people like that. There were floats, shovels and toys.

  Amaizeing Daze is a perfect rental home. Beautifully decorated and well appointed, the rooms are large, the beds comfortable and sound location is ideal. We loved the ability to splash in the sound (even in February), where the water was clear and beautiful and walked along the gorgeous and quiet stretches of the sound. Just as easy to walk across the street for easy beach access when we wanted gulf waves. The home is close to the bridge for easy trips to the store, easy walking distance to local restaurants. We’d definitely rent again.

  We rented Amaizeing Daze and a nearby townhouse for our 3 generations family vacation. It was an exceptional set-up for us. The two properties are separated by a short stroll on the beach. The house was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the tranquility of staying on the Sound side of Navarre Beach while occassionally accessing the Gulf beach that is only about 3 blocks away. Effectively having our own beach was a significant bonus and pleasure. We took advantage of the bicycles, kayaks and ping pong table. We enjoyed the layout and amenities of the house. Some of the pluses include a great kitchen/dining and family room (open concept), two king suites (including a magnificent primary suite), a separate laundry room, and a wonderful main deck (made with weather resistant materials). We slept well thanks to the comfortable mattresses and appointments. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

  This house is so well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed. We have been renting homes in Florida for 10 years and this is by far the best.
