The breathtaking views from the great room and master suite with floor to ceiling sliders will have you in vacation mode instantly.

The open concept floor plan allows for forever views from the great room, dining area for 6 and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A full wet bar is adjacent to the dining area.

The king sized primary bedroom, with access to the balcony, has an ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Tile floors are throughout the great room and the primary.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin which will sleep 3 comfortably. Another full bath (tub/shower combo) is just outside in the hall.
The coucn in the living room is a sleeper.

This gated resort has a heated pool & hot tub, private cross-over to the beach, community grills (both gas and charcoal), and a fitness center.
It is close to the restaurants, the Science Marine Center and to the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico.

The Pearl even has 2 EV charging stations!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  This condo was perfect. Navarre Beach is a perfect family spot. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we could ask for. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could want. The washer and dryer were full sized - not your typical condo stacked washer/dryer - and the dryer actually dried everything very quickly. The balcony was the perfect height to see everything going on in the water and the pelicans flew right by every morning. The elevators were fast and since there are only 6 units per floor, we never had to wait very long or stop too many times on the way down and up. The beach was beautiful when we were there. The sunrise and sunset were not over the Gulf water in late May, but you could easily see them on the bay side on the other side of the condo. It was VERY nice to have the 2 chairs and umbrella included with the condo. The owner left a list of restaurants and activities, and those were very helpful. Pensacola was a short 30 minute beautiful drive down the picture perfect beach road. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing time.

  The condo had everything we needed for a family of four adults. The beds were comfortable and the condo was pretty clean. (We had a few minor issues with the condo that management promptly took care of.).
  
  We were there over the Fourth of July, so it was busy. However, the beach did not feel crowded at all. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great. We also enjoyed the pub style table and chairs on the balcony-they made it easy to see the spectacular views over the railing.
  
  The location made it easy to walk to the pier every night and was close to restaurants.
  
  We did not use the pool (we love the beach), but it looked lovely and well cared for. The entire property was in great shape. At prime times taking the elevator was slow, but most of the time it took no longer than a few minutes.
  
  I would recommend this condo to friends.

  We have family in the area so we usually come to visit over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were very satisfied with condo. It was very clean and had the essentials for the kitchen and restrooms. The beds were very comfy and so was the furniture. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals staff is very friendly and professional. They let us know we could check in early which was nice since we arrived a couple hours early. We will continue using Blue Moon for our future vacations.

  This rental was for myself, my husband, my mother, and my mother-in-law. It has a fabulous view of the beach. This unit very clean. It had plenty of towels, Toilet Paper, trash bags, for a weeks stay. We enjoyed the puzzle provided, hot tub, heated pool, and of course the two free beach chairs. A few things I would have liked to see different, would be a closet with extra beach chairs/toys/boogie boards etc. Any condo I have ever stayed in has these items from previous guests. We bought two chairs while there and would have loved to leave them for the next guests. The only other minor critique would be that the master bedroom gets pretty hot and stuffy, even with the curtains closed. The fan doesn’t spin even air to cool it down. Either a bed side fan or the ability to increase ceiling fan speed would have helped move air. Overall this is a fabulous condo, with a great view. It’s quiet, and the other guests and staff were very friendly.

  We stayed at The Pearl, unit 1402 and fell in love with Navarre Beach Florida! The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! Myself and 6 family members shared the condo, and we had plenty of room. I never left once I checked in! There was plenty of cooking appliances which was nice! The elevators are quick even though we were there on a busy holiday! The beach area is so clean with crystal blue /green water and white powdery sand! I have stayed up and down the coast of Florida and this was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! I will be back!

  My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived, we were greated by a Blue Moon representative (at the beautiful fountain) who personally escourted us to our condo. It was beautifully decorated and was VERY CLEAN! The kitchen was stocked and the towels were white and fluffy!! THe outdoor pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. The walk over to the beach was very easily accessable. The beach itself was AMAZING!
