Staying at this immaculate recently renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private home with intra coastal views is the ultimate "vacation in Paradise" experience.
Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access, this is one of the few homes on Navarre Beach with a private heated pool!

The beach vibe will hit you the moment you enter this light, bright and airy home.
The open concept floor plan with all new flooring (NO carpeting) allows for an easy flow from meal prep to dining, to TV watching and to game playing, all with beautiful outdoor views.
The front porch is a lovely spot to have a cup of morning coffee over looking the tranquil Santa Rosa sound.

The well equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances and granite countertops. View the pearly white sand while making a meal or a snack for happy hour. There is seating for 8 next to the kitchen and a game table seating 4 adjacent to the kitchen.
Sliding doors bring you onto a huge deck surrounding the back of the house...plenty of room for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling. A lower deck surrounds the pool and offers a shady spot to relax, perfect when you've had a little too much sun!
Pool lights and ambiant lighting around the pool go on automatically at night to create a wonderful atmosphere for a nightcap.
Pool can be heated for $75/day.
All new polywood furniture has been added around the heated pool.

Have a cornhole tournament, play Spikeball or Jumbo Connect 4 under the house after a long day at the beach!

The king-sized primary bedroom has an en suite bath with dual vanities, jetted tub, walk in shower, private water closet and huge closet.
The opposite side of the house features another king-sized bedroom with en suite bath and walk-in shower. 2 additional bedrooms feature another king, and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunks with full beds upper and lower and a trundle which will sleep 5. The third full bath with dual sinks and tub/shower combo services these 2 bedrooms.

A full-sized laundry room is just off the kitchen. There is a gas grill on the main deck.

There is high speed internet throughout, covered parking as well as driveway parking for 4 cars.

This is a non pet friendly home and 1 outside camera on the property is for security and insurance purposes only. It is not monitored and will only be viewed in the event of an incident. Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the decks or on the grounds and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25, smoking is not permitted in the home and no events are allowed. Occupancy is strictly adhered to.

Grab your bathing suit, cold drink and head to the beach then come back to Paradise and jump in your private heated pool.

  Our family loved everything about this beach house! A representative from Blue Moon Vacation Rentals was available beforehand to help, and she greeted us personally at the house. We were immediately charmed by both the interior and exterior spaces. Furnishings were ample and comfortable (especially the beds and linens!), and the up-to-date appliances worked perfectly. For all three generations - kids of all ages - the pool was the preferred hangout, with the beach (a short walk away) a close second. It definitely was the best place we’ve found to stay on the island.

  We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Short walk to the beach but very easy to drive there too. Plenty of parking available at beach. Home was very updated and clean. No stairs inside the house so felt safe if you have tiny toddlers. Pool was great and the play area under the house was great for kids. Highly recommend!

  The house was wonderful and it was great to be in Florida during the nationwide winter storm. Location is perfect. House is decorated nicely and everything was clean and worked well. Pool was not heated but the winter storm made that a moot point. A pipe under the house froze and we were without water for about 12 hours but the maintenance team responded quickly and came back several times while also dealing with other homes on the island with the same issues. We would rent this home again.

  This property was the perfect place for our family to get away and rest for the week. Everything was clean, organized, kitchen utensils were well stocked - we literally had everything we needed except food. The rip tide was high most of the time we were there but there were bikes in the shed, chairs and buckets for the beach, all the amenities we could ask for. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again when returning to Navarre.

  We enjoyed our stay. Not enough can be said about the pool and location. Easy walk to the beach via a public access crossover three houses down. The pool are and back deck are lovely and shaded for after you cool off in the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We would have loved a few more beach toys (SUP, chairs, bikes perhaps) and some beach/pool towels as we we travelled from far and couldn’t bring them with us but didn’t not expect them as they were not advertised. All in all a beautiful home and we had a great time!
