Le Belle Marie

The minute you arrive at Le Belle Marie, you'll be transformed into vacation mode! Just beyond the gorgeous bi-level deck and palm trees is the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Cross over the dunes on the private walkover and your toes will be in the sugar-white sand in seconds!

The light and bright open concept living area has floor to ceiling windows and sliders, bringing the water views right in. Prepare your meals and snacks in the high-end kitchen with SS appliances, granite countertops and under counter wine/beverage fridge. There is plenty of room for multiple chefs! Dine at the breakfast bar which seats 4 as well as the dining table which seats 8. There is a new 65" TV that has just been installed.
This main floor also has a half bath, a king-sized bedroom with a full en suite bath and a balcony for two with a view of the sound.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary bedroom. This is a wonderful retreat with floor to ceiling windows and private Gulf front balcony. A mini fridge will hold your morning juice or your wine for an "end of the day" toast! There is also a desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation! The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
A built in 65" TV has just been installed.

Down the hallway is a 3rd king-sized bedroom with another sound view balcony for two, a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (twin on top and full on the bottom), a shared full bath, and laundry room with plenty of hanging space.

There is garage parking for 2 small vehicles or one large vehicle, driveway parking for one car and an additional spot in front of the building.

Rinse off after a day at the beach under the outdoor shower. There is also a grill provided.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  We loved this townhouse. It was much bigger and nicer than the pictures depicted. 11 of us stayed here very comfortably. The beds were fantastic, the kitchen well stocked, and the provided tv streaming services were great. We cooked almost every meal here and had everything we needed. We were also able to have groceries delivered to the front door. It was a very easy walk out to the beach with a private boardwalk. We enjoyed plenty of beach space and were about a mile or so away from the pier which had a couple restaurants/bars. We never heard our neighbors and they said they didn’t hear us or our late night card games, so I believe the walls are thick! We will definitely stay here again.

  Very comfortable, good floor plan. Loved the patio/balcony and its new furnishings. Some complained of hard bed mattresses. A top foam pad would go a long way to make the beds more comfortable.

  Well stocked kitchen, loved the nice patio furniture, good communication from the leasing company. Only complaint was the cheap bedding in the master, I expected nice linens at this price point. The sheets felt like sandpaper on your sunburn and sounded like sleeping on a newspaper. We discussed buying new sheets during our two week stay. Other than that, the place was nice and location was great.
