Le Belle Marie

The minute you arrive at Le Belle Marie, you'll be transformed into vacation mode! Just beyond the gorgeous bi-level deck and palm trees is the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Cross over the dunes on the private walkover and your toes will be in the sugar-white sand in seconds!

The light and bright open concept living area has floor to ceiling windows and sliders, bringing the water views right in. Prepare your meals and snacks in the high-end kitchen with SS appliances, granite countertops and under counter wine/beverage fridge. There is plenty of room for multiple chefs! Dine at the breakfast bar which seats 4 as well as the dining table which seats 8. There is a new 65" TV that has just been installed.
This main floor also has a half bath, a king-sized bedroom with a full en suite bath and a balcony for two with a view of the sound.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary bedroom. This is a wonderful retreat with floor to ceiling windows and private Gulf front balcony. A mini fridge will hold your morning juice or your wine for an "end of the day" toast! There is also a desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation! The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
A built in 65" TV has just been installed.

Down the hallway is a 3rd king-sized bedroom with another sound view balcony for two, a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (twin on top and full on the bottom), a shared full bath, and laundry room with plenty of hanging space.

There is garage parking for 2 small vehicles or one large vehicle, driveway parking for one car and an additional spot in front of the building.

Rinse off after a day at the beach under the outdoor shower. There is also a grill provided.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.
