This exquisite end unit townhome has been completely painted and decorator furnished.

The spacious open concept layout is perfect for your entire group to be together comfortably. Windows on 3 sides allow for Gulf and Sound views from the entire main floor. A desk, half bath and a laundry room are also located on this floor for your convenience.

The wall of sliders open up to a large Gulf front deck with new furniture. A private dune cross-over allows you to easily bring your beach gear to the sand and set up for your stay.

The kitchen will delight multiple chefs. High end cabinetry, granite countertops, SS appliances and every appliance and gadget you will need to cook up elaborate meals or simple snacks will be at your fingertips. There is a large dining table seating 8 and 4 stools at the adjacent counter. .

One flight up is the large king primary bedroom. Wake up to the breathtaking emerald green waters and watch the birds soar by from your private Gulf front balcony. The beautifully laid out en suite bath has a granite countertop with dual sinks, private water closet and large tiled walk in shower.
Down the hall is another king bedroom with a set of bunk beds and another en suite bathroom.

Once you pass through the lovely entryway on the ground level you will come to a large private bedroom with Gulf front slider out to another patio with gas grill.
This room has a king bed, large flat screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Wake up to a beautiful Gulf view from this bedroom!
A little jewel of another completely private bedroom with a set of bunk beds (twin on top and full on the bottom) and large flat screen TV is also here behind french doors, with accessibility to the third full bathroom.

Parking for 4 cars directly in front of the unit.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.

  We loved our stay at Seabatical! The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook with, there were board games for rainy days, and plenty of towels for showers. We were very impressed! It’s also in a great location! Even though it is next to a public beach, it wasn’t crowded at all. Only on Labor Day itself was it a little busy. But the rest of the week we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We very much enjoyed our stay!

  Property description was accurate and the location was perfect! The beach was beautiful and we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Pier was only 2 miles away and a running trail was just across the street.

  We are a family of 11 (6 kids)and this townhouse was perfect for all our needs. The layout and space were great for all of us to have room to spread out and yet have an area large enough for us to gather. Appreciated all the bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we even used the grill. Other renters had left beach stuff behind so we had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc which was fantastic for us! Such ease to get to the beach and back too! Very comfortable stay!

  We haven’t done a family vacation in 15 years, so this was perfect! Seabatical was a great townhouse for our family. The boardwalk takes you from your back porch over the dunes to the beach. There are stairs to be aware of. Each room has a king bed, and 2 rooms have bunks which were perfect for the grandkids. The condo was clean and charming. Plenty of space to spread out and find your reading spot inside. If you have small kids, you may want to bring a baby gate for the stairs. To two back decks were perfect for sitting and watching the ocean during the day and all the flashlights for craving at night. One night we watched as a big lantern went floating in to the night from the beach. We watched from the deck as it flew over the gulf. Beautiful!!!! Unfortunately the water had high waves and rip tides so we were under a no swimming red flag, but we enjoyed the beach, collecting shells and walking. We definitely will be returning! Thank you for a great family vacation.

  Beautiful home at an awesome location. It was pretty private considering it was Labor Day weekend. Had our own dock to the beach- which I LOVED. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you needed. The ONLY thing I wish we had was the kitchen being more stocked with seasonings or basic condiments.
  Can't really complain though. We also had a bottle of wine waiting to welcome us that was from Blue Moon- so we felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would def rent from them every time!

  This may be the best place we have ever stayed while at the beach. There was nothing spared when when it comes to this place having all of the special touches to make the stay top notch. It really is just so tastefully decorated, but mother nature definitely has the last word with the beautiful ocean views, pouring through the large windows and from the spacious decks.
  Especially nice are the 3 separate floors/living areas so our party of 12, consisting of 4 different families made up of 7 adults and 5 children, could all gather together while visiting, but spread out for rest time and privacy.
  As beach lovers, we primarily enjoyed time at the beach and so dined in often. We loved the kitchen, which provided everything one could possibly think of, including large pots and pans to accommodate a large group. Dinner out on the main floor deck was so relaxing and so special, with the views. The oversized decks provided many high quality seating options. Having an oversized private deck on the main floor that connects directly to the boardwalk leading out to the beach was a big plus!
  There are little extras placed around here and there throughout the unit, making the stay feel like you are being pampered. There was a wonderful welcome gift upon entering the unit, special boutique type toiletry starter items provided in the bathrooms, sound machines, a seashell book naming most all of the shells you may encounter on your walks, beach toys for the kids, and so much more.
  Hands down though, the thing that set this vacation stay apart from the others was the amazing staff at Blue Moon Rentals (shoutout esp. to "Malinda," who went above and beyond in every way, but especially with her kindness and compassion). The communication and responsiveness was excellent, meeting our every need.
  We are grateful for our week spent here, and hope to be back soon.

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the Seabatical. It's a great location (end unit next to an empty lot, which is next to the public beach) and a lovely condo. Unfortunately, we weren't able to check in on time (the cleaners ran an hour late) and the fire alarm went off on three different occasions. Otherwise, we love it.

  The place is clean, well built, very well equipped.. Great placement on the beach, We all commented it looked different in the photos.. not better not worse just different.. narrower i woudl say. Beds and everything else in the house high quality.. 100% in relation to the property.. our only issue is you are not private at all.. You best like your neighbors choice of music, and what ever subject they are talking about while outside.. not so much inside.. This unit is on the end with a set of stairs coming up the side of the home.. more then 3 times we had someone we thought was a worker come up the stairs and with no warning boom, he is standing smack in the middle of your back porch.. we were a group of 3 old friends guys.. but i can tell you if my wife was laying out on the porch she or i would not be happy about this.. We did ask one of them if they were enjoying the view and they were rude or much ruder then someone who just showed up on your private deck should be.. personally for the 6K week charge i will find a private home next time and pay the difference if there is one.. Home was clean, well appointed, management company is awesome, the location is awesome but its a townhome and i knew that going in but doubtful i will stay there again..
