Brand new flooring, furniture and bedding, this beachy home will comfortably sleep your group of 22!

You will be in relaxation mode the minute you enter, with the beautiful unobstructed Gulf views just outside your wall of windows and private deck. This open concept floor plan allows your entire group to cook, dine, play games, relax or just gaze at the seagulls soaring by with the emerald green waters as your back drop. There is a large flat screen TV here,
2 dining tables, each seating 6 and a breakfast bar seating 10 allows everyone to have their meals and snacks together.

This main floor also boasts a king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bath and Gulf view. Down the hall is another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath across the hall. On the opposite side of the house are 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and another full bath between.
A full sized laundry is also here for your convenience.

Up one flight you'll find another super "hang out" room with gorgeous Gulf views and muliple couches to "chill " and further relax. A table for 4 is perfect for a game of cards. There is a large flat screen TV as well as a full bath here.
On the other side of this floor you'll find 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and the 5th full bath, which is a jack and jill.
All bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The private dune cross-over takes you directly from the house to the beach. It's so easy to get your beach gear set up for the day!
There is parking for 10 cars and a gas grill for your use.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Big Daddy used to host his large family and group of friends at this house every year. It was a place for laughter, relaxation and re-connection. He is not longer with us, so his family hopes this tradition will continue with your group and you will make beautiful memories to last your family's lifetime!

  Ive rented many homes for family and vacations and Christian retreats but this location by far was THE BEST. From the get go- the customer service from the management company was exceptional. I made a call to them on the first day requesting more utensils and within 10 mins the utensils arrived! The home was clean, spacious and the kitchen had all the extra stuff needed such as blender, mixer, big pots, etc.... Coming back soon!

  We've always had wonderful stays with Blue Moon but Big Daddy's may be our new favorite. The layout was perfect for our large family and the views were outstanding! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and has lots of room for large groups to gather. The private walk-over was amazing as was the outdoor shower. We can't wait to come back next year!

  Our group of 15 had a wonderful week in Big Daddys Cottage. The location was great, very private. The house had all the amenities we needed. Very easy access to shopping destinations and attractions on the beach or on the mainland. We enjoyed walks on the pier to observe dolphins, fish and sea turtles. I would recommend this property for large families and groups with children. We hope to visit again in the future.

  The moment you walk in the door and see the "emerald green" waters, your vacation begins! No crowds in front of your beach house, it's like your own private beach, even during Memorial Day week. Always had a quick response from Blue Moon Vacation Rentals, very easy to work with! Great lay-out with upstairs and downstairs living areas. Our group was 10 adults and 7 kids, ages 3 to 11, and we didn't feel crowded at all. Something we didn't expect, was the fun that the little ones had, playing in the sand and finding shells in the area next to the stilts,(under the house), which was mostly in the shade. And the outdoor shower (hot and cold water) was so helpful! We also rented 3 "Cool Cabanas", which were delivered and picked up by Barefoot Beach Equipment Rentals.

  Our family of 17 really enjoyed our week in this spacious and beautiful home! There was plenty of room for everyone, the views were spectacular, and beach access was very handy. Comfortable furnishings made it feel like home. We did a lot of cooking and everything we needed was there in the kitchen.   This house was perfect for our big family vacation. We loved having large windows to enjoy the beautiful water even when we were in the house. The boardwalk was great especially for us older ones to not have to trudge through the sand.

  My extended family has staying at this particular location several times over the years when it was managed by companies other than Blue Moon. What a positive change!! The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a large family. We had one issue due to the freezing weather which was fixed within a couple of hours of my calling. Blue Moon staff is very responsive and courteous. The beach is gorgeous and there are awesome sunrises and sunsets! I would definitely recommend Navarre Beach and this particular property to anyone looking for time away with family.

  Our family had a great time at Big Daddy's. The kids/teens loved the upstairs living area and felt they had their own private place to stay. The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family gathering.
  One minor issue: the shower in the upstairs bathroom did not work; apparently the faucet was painted over and you could not turn on the shower lever.
