On Turtle Time

Staying at On Turtle Time will be your best vacation yet!!
This gorgeous open concept town home is filled with everything you need to make this your home away from home.
No carpeting anywhere!

View the gorgeous Gulf waters from 3 decks featuring glass railings. You will think you are outside when in!
The main floor has a large great room, dining area for 8 and new kitchen with beautiful granite, SS appliances, large pantry, a huge island and everything you'll need to whip up a gourmet dinner or a light snack. A gas grill is on the main deck for grilling your "catch".
Down the hall is a queen bedroom with full bathroom and a balcony with sound views.

Go up one flight, and take in more breathtaking emerald water views from the enormous king-sized primary bedroom. The luxury en suite bath features a jetted tub, the perfect spot to soak after a long day of beach combing. as well as a large tiled walk in shower.

If you MUST make this a "working" vacation, there is Gig internet and a desk next to the slider to show off your beach-front views during video calls!

The third bedroom is another huge room with a king bed, a twin trundle bed making 2 twins and a futon, sleeping 6 comfortably. It also has an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower.

The ground floor has a bonus feature.. a full studio apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, sofa sleeper and sliders out to the patio leading directly to the beach. This separate get-away is the perfect spot for the members of your party that wish to have their own little piece of paradise.

There is garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for 4 more.

Your beach backyard has a small fenced area just before you cross over to the beach.
Your small pup (2 maximum) is welcome to join you with owner's permission and additional $200 per pet fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  Anyone renting this property for a beach getaway cannot go wrong.
  
  It was unbelieveably clean, well furnished,organized and very spacious.
  
  You simply can't beat the views whether on the lower or upper deck or on the beach itself
  
  Beach is super clean and wasn't really crowded at all
  
  Blue Moon Realty was over the top and knows what service is all about. From the moment I booked the trip back in June all the way through the day I checked out they delivered a Five Star experience.
  
  Ran into a small issue with the main floor slider doors and left them a message at 7:30am on a Saturday which is before the office actually opens. At 8:25am I got a call from the office telling me the maintenance guy, Tim I believe, was at the front door. He was in and out in about 15 minutes and did what he needed to do with out waking up a single soul.
  
  The only thing to be aware of is there are only a few restaurants that are on the island and, being October, they do close a little earlier than you might expect. Of course you do have restaurant choices off the island as well.

  The vacation rental was the absolute best location ever! I recommend the place for everyone except seniors with knee and hip issues since the rental is three stories. First floor is the studio and one laundry room along with garage. Second floor is the main area with living and kitchen and 1 bedroom. Third floor has 2 more bedrooms.

  Our time at On Turtle Time was wonderful. I typically book beach vacations many months in advance but the opportunity for one last getaway presented itself and we jumped on the chance. This home was everything we needed and more. It was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, and felt incredibly spacious! The bedrooms were especially nice since many other homes have very small bedrooms full of extra beds. Even the room that could sleep 6 didn't feel cramped. Being able to bring along our small dog made the visit even more special. He enjoyed the fenced outdoor area and taking walks across the street. We appreciated the welcome gifts and wonderful communication from Blue Moon.

  This is a beautiful location & place to stay. The house itself is definitely older and some things are outdated like the bedrooms and the separate room downstairs was a little odd, I didn’t realize it was completely separate. My only complaint is the master main bedrooms bathroom shower was a jacuzzi tub that they converted into a shower. It’s not the easiest to get into and kind of dangerous for someone elderly or young. And the fan in the bathroom didn’t really do anything to help with the moisture when you showered. There was always water everywhere from the humidity. The house could use a dehumidifier.
  Overall the house has everything we needed for our family gathering. The condo rental company was very kind and helpful. And you can’t beat being in the beach. We made great memories.

  The town house was beautiful and impeccably clean. The view gorgeous and just steps away from the beach. Super easy check in and out. Just a few things to mention that if fixed it would literally be the perfect place. First in the master bedroom there was no way to control the volume on the tv with the remote. You had to get up and manually turn the speaker down. Second, the hair dryer shocked me when I turned it on. Third and most importantly was the master bed mattress was absolutely horrible! Don’t know if it is just really old or just an awful brand but it would sink down like a memory foam but at the same time turn rock hard where you couldn’t even roll over in it. I have never slept in something that bad before. Last, checkout time is 9:00am. Way too early.

  Beautiful home. Perfect location right on the beach, just steps from the ocean. Clean, well maintained. Easy check in / out process. Beautiful white sand beaches! No crowds.
  The downstairs apartment did have a "damp" feel /smell during our stay. We used it only for extra storage and a quick place for kids to come in from the beach for snacks & drinks.

  My husband, two sons, their wives and the grandkids (total of 12) stayed at Turtle Time. We all were able to stay on separate floors that had their own bathroom. The accommodations were great. The view and beach access were amazing. It was clean and had everything you would need, even a blender. The outside decks were lined with glass which was comforting since one of our grandsons was 16 mos old. There was a garage that we were able to keep our trailer in as well as our beach accessories. We would stay there again. We highly recommend this property and Blue Moon Rentals. Very professional and helpful.

  Our family of 12 stayed in this wonderful townhouse for the week! The house gave us all plenty of room to have our own space. The deck overlooking the ocean was amazing and having my morning coffee out there may have been my favorite thing on the trip. Loved the garage downstairs to unload all our beach gear at the end of each day. Townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was also great. Enough room for all three of our vehicles. Home was clean and had everything needed for a great family vacation after a few groceries were delivered from Walmart. House had new appliances and all of the cooking supplies needed to never leave the beach area. In addition to beach activities like shell hunting, we loved renting a golf cart and cruising around the small Navarre Beach island. Looking at all the homes and boats was great.   OMG! One of the best stays we have ever had. The beach views from the living room & bedroom are breathtaking. Trust me, these look better in person than in pictures. The property was very clean. The location is fantastic if you want to have a more private experience. Half the time if felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. This place is in Navarre so you get to avoid the Pensacola crowds. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. He loved having a beach in his backyard (literally). Scooters fish house & Alphys nearby are perfect catfish spots, only about a 10 min drive. The property itself had extra blankets, silverware, plates etc. We bought groceries while we were thre & also things like salt & pepper are not provided so you need to get that. The outdoor grill on the patio was great & we loved grilling. The only downside is the 9am checkout time which is way earlier than most hotels & airbnbs do but other than that everything was great. Cant wait to revisit & stay here!
