Your perfect island get-away starts the minute you pull up to this tropical oasis. Sitting directly on the Sound, you have your own private beach, boat slip and dock. Cast your reel and grill your catch just outside your door!

This beautifully appointed home in a gated community is brand new to the rental market. All new furnishings, bedding, and everything you need to make this the perfect get-away vacation.

Upon entering you will be captivated by the water view from the wall of windows that lead out to your private deck. The open concept floor plan allows your entire group to be together while cooking in the gourmet kitchen (SS appliances, gas stove, high end cabinetry and marble countertops), dining, catching a show on the large screen TV, or just watcthing the boats go by on the Intracoastal.
There is gorgeous new flooring (NO carpeting) throughout.

This main floor also features a king bedroom with a full bath and jetted tub. A large full-sized laundry room is off the kitchen.

Up one flight (on the floating stairs) is the enormous king sized primary bedroom with large en suite bath. The tiled walk-in showerand dual sinks set the tone for luxury. There is also a separate water closet.
A trundle bed, sleeping 2, is also in the primary bedroom if you want to keep the little ones close! There is a coffee bar in the room and a private sound front deck. The perfect spot for your first cup of coffee or your nightcap before bed.
Down the hall is the third bedroom with another king and en suite bath with tub/shower combo. There is also a small private waterview balcony off this bedroom.

On the ground level, there is a small "game" room, with 2 twin pull out chair/beds, large flat screen TV, half bath and access to the backyard.
A propane grill is also here for your use.

There is garage parking for 1 car, and driveway parking for 2 more. Note that no street parking is permitted in this neighborhood.
There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day playing in the sand and surf

Just a 2 minute walk to the community pool and tennis court and the Gulf beach is a short 10 minute walk away.

The owners have added a kayak and a paddleboard to enjoy during your stay!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  Home is beautifully located on the sound. The neighboring homes are spaced great and the area is quiet. The home itself was nice, but the living area is small. Not enough seats to sit the home minimum and there was a not so pleasant smell in the home. These are small details.

  Everything in a vacation rental and more. Clean, great location, easy access to and from the water on both sides. plenty of amenities for working in kitchen, doing laundry, riding bikes and kayaks finding shells and just an overall great time! The house is in immaculate condition, and we signed up to do it again for next year! Thanks for making our Spring Break a week to remember.

  Impeccably maintained property. So clean, the extra equipment like paddle board and life jackets were like new. The mattresses and bedding were high quality. The only complaint was the 9am check out. That’s tough to clear out a 2600sq ft house so quickly in the morning.
