Overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and a short 2 block walk to the beach, your stay at Sandy Beach Blessings will be a relaxing and memorable one that will comfortably sleep your group of 13. The beach access also has parking in case you want to drive!

The unique layout of this home has the living space on the top floor for maximum water views. There is a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and sliders out to a huge Santa Rosa Sound view deck. You'll find an outdoor kitchen on this deck with propane grill, built in fridge, plenty of counterspace, built in island with seating for 5-6 and comfortable new deck seating.

Inside is a chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high end cabinety, countertops and a separate beverage fridge and ice maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 5 as well as an expandable farm house table which seats an additional 6.
There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, sleeping an additional 2.

On the other side of this floor is a king sized bedroom , a queen bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo and a convenient half bath.

Down one flight are the additional 3 bedrooms. One is the king sized primary with beautiful sound views and en suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. Sharing this floor is another king- sized bedroom, and another with a queen and a twin. There is a jack n jill bath with tub/shower combo between them. All bedrooms on this floor have flat screen TV's and access to another huge deck.
Completing this floor is a full laundry with washer/dryer.

On the ground floor is a bonus hang out area in the garage complete with a TV and seating area. This level also has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of beaching and shelling. Set up the cornhole boards in the garage or the backyard and start a tournament!

Driveway parking for 6 cars. There is no street parking.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and stated occupancy is strictly adhered to.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Beach Blessings! It is a spacious home perfect for several families to stay comfortably. It is located in a quiet little subdivision. The management company was very friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. One of the a/c units stopped working on a Sunday and the repairman was there in less than 30 minutes! I would definitely stay here again.

  Our first annual Friends Trip was filled with laughter and fun! With 11 adults and one baby, the Sandy Beach Blessings house was perfect for our stay. This unit was immaculate, the perfect size, and a perfect distance from the beach access. The only thing that we would recommend is a golfcart for the unit, so transport to the beach is easier. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

  There were plenty of rooms, showers, and gathering areas for a large family. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. Communication upon arrival and departure were excellent. I do wish there were bicycles or a golf cart available to ride to the beach although there is a parking lot directly across from the street entrance.

We do provide you with rental companies that are on the beach and who will deliver and pick up bikes, golf carts, beach gear, etc. The house, as you know, is conveniently located just a short 2 block walk to the beach where there is also public parking if you choose to drive.   We're a big family and the house has enough room to accommodate all of us. We did have a good view of the lake side since the house on opposite side not yet built. Unfinished garage and mud room was quite muggy with no A/C vent.

  This place was perfect for our family of 13. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. There was construction going on but we never knew it. We saw saw dolphins every night from the back deck which was awesome!
