Blu Marlin is a beautiful high end condo in a resort setting directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been completely remodeled with high end finishes, all new furnishings and decorator touches.

Upon entering, you will be immediately transported into relaxation mode. Floor to ceiling glass sliders offer amazing beach views and of the emerald green Gulf waters beyond.
The open concept floor plan allows for your entire group to be together while lounging. watching a movie on the 65" TV, dining, cooking or playing a board game. The large glass tiled kitchen has quartz countertops, SS appliances and is very well equipped for everything from snack making to creating gourmet meals.
The 35' balcony runs the entire length of the unit, affording plenty of room for gazing at the Gulf or for sunbathing.

The spacious en suite primary bedroom is king sized and also has floor to ceiling sliders opening onto the Gulf front balcony. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep or greet you as you rise. The primary bath features a quartz countertop with double sinks and large walk-in tiled shower.
On the other side of the condo is the second king sized bedroom with another en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a king bed and a set of bunk beds, sleeping 4 comfortably. The third full bath has a walk-in shower combo and is accessible from this bedroom as well as from the hallway.
The sleeper sofa in the great room offers sleeping for 2 more. There is also a pack 'n play

Blu Marlin is located in the low density Regency Resort with the largest Gulf front pool on the island (heated in March), community grills, free wifi, workout room and plenty of parking. The 4 bar/restaurants on Navarre Beach are within walking distance, as is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico and the Marine Science Station where you can learn about turtles and other sealife.

  The condo was great! Beds are comfortable! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids! The kitchen needs a good spatula and a new skillet but other than that had everything we needed! Blue Moon rentals was great to work with as well! Would stay here again for sure!

  Blue Moon Vacation Rentals is the best rental agency we have worked with. They kept us informed via texts every step of the way. It was greatly appreciated. The unit was fabulous and super convenient to the beach. Pool was great. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize 2 chairs and an umbrella came with the unit and rented them. (Had 8 people and could’ve saved one rental.) But that was minor and would not stop us from renting again. We absolutely loved our stay!!

  This rental was all we hoped for. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the pier. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The white sand beach and water quality was more than we expected. This unit came with two beach chairs and umbrella which was really convenient. The management was easy to communicate with and responsive to my questions. Check in and check out was easy. We would love to come back and stay longer.

  Rental unit was great!! It was clean, neat, beautifully decorated & large, private balcony with great view.!! The only “problems” were finding the building & then where to go to meet a condo rep. I don’t recall ever being told what the name on the building would be until we called because we weren’t sure where to go. That would have helped because where GPS took us to was a building with an empty, unkempt lot in the “front”. There was a small, nondescript entrance. Then we were told to go to the east elevator to meet someone to get us into our unit. We couldn’t see any elevators. Come to find out we were to be looking for an elevator shaft with the doors not visible to us. And how were we supposed to know for sure where the elevator shaft was? It was a bump-out so I guess you can assume. Some kind of signage would be nice, even it’s just a letter & you can tell people to go to “letter A” or whatever. So overall I think that process could use some improvement.

Each building is numbered and that number is the address which you were provided, so I'm not sure where the confusion was. To provide a great guest experiece, we meet and check in all of our guests to show them around and answer any questions.

  We came here for fall break. While the weather was less than satisfactory, the room was perfect. 2 couples & 3 kids shared the unit. It was bigger than I expected, even from the pictures. Amazing view, great location, comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of room for all of us. It was quiet, and peaceful here. Would definitely recommend this unit for vacation rental and would absolutely stay here again: great communication with the property as well.

  This was an excellent rental! They were very responsive to us and met us personally to check in and to an issue we had with the ice maker. The only thing that I can think of that was an issue was the floor- we had a baby who was crawling, and her little knees were black fairly quickly from crawling on the floor. Not a dealbreaker by any means. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked, the views were GORGEOUS. Comfortable beds, great living room furniture, and plenty of room. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

  We had a wonderful stay at this location, the property was large enough for our party of 9 (mix of adults & kids). Beds were comfy and all appliances were in working order. And the views of the Gulf were amazing!
  
  We just love Navarre, for simple, laid back vibe!
  
  The only 2 critiques we had as a group was there is no hot tub - being thus early in the season the Gulf & pool were a little chilly. Also, The 9am checkout was disappointing, we understand the need to flip the unit but with a 4pm check-in I can’t imagine it takes 7 hours to clean the unit.

  Our stay at the Blu Marlin felt like a piece of heaven on earth with the gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald hues that greeted us each time we looked out the wall of sliding glass doors or rested peacefully on the condo-length balcony! The exquisite, sea-themed indoor decor complimented the amazing outdoor panorama and made our accommodations not only a beautiful, but also a comfortable place to relax, eat, and spend time together. Featuring a wide selection of utensils, pans, dishes, and glasses, the kitchen offered plenty of room for cooking, snacking, and chatting, and the spacious great room area included a sizable dining table as well as a comfortable sectional for taking it easy after an enjoyable day on the beach. With three bedrooms—each with its own marine theme and individual bathroom—the condo easily offered our party both ample space and privacy. Additionally, we sincerely appreciated the Blue Moon staff, particularly Malinda, who made the reservation process painless and whose attention to detail made our entire stay delightful. We are absolutely thrilled with our first experience at this wonderful vacation location, and we hope to revisit it many times in the future!
