Sitting directly across the street from the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf, the view is breathtaking. Three private decks give you a birds eye view of the pelicans and seagulls flying by.

Open concept living allows your group to be together while watching a movie, playing a game or cooking a meal in the well equipped kitchen. This main floor also features the king-sized primary with Gulf view balcony and en suite bath. Dual sinks, vanity, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub offer you a relaxing spot to soak away after a long day of beachcombing.
On the other side of the house is a queen bedroom with private Gulf view deck, a full bath and a full-sized laundry room.

Up one flight is another queen bedroom with Sound view, a loft with a daybed that pulls out into a very comfortable king-sized bed and another private balcony with a Gulf view. There is even a desk here if you have to make this a working vacation. A shared bath with walk-in shower is between these 2 bedrooms.

As if this home isn't enough to provide you with a great vacation, you'll be amazed when you walk out the back door to your own private tropical oasis! A large in ground pool and hot tub is yours to enjoy. The large paver patio has plenty of furniture to relax on as well as a large gas grill and dining seating.
The pool can be heated for $75/day.

There is parking for 5 cars and smoking is not allowed inside the home. No events are permitted, the minimum age to rent is 25 and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to. This is a non pet friendly property.
