Brand new to the rental market, Gratitude Island has everything you need for the ultimate vacation exerience!
Sitting directly across the street from the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf, the view is breathtaking. Three private decks give you a birds eye view of the pelicans and seagulls flying by.

Open concept living allows your group to be together while watching a movie, playing a game or cooking a meal in the well equipped kitchen. This main floor also features the king-sized primary with Gulf view balcony and en suite bath. Dual sinks, vanity, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub offer you a relaxing spot to soak away after a long day of beachcombing.
On the other side of the house is a queen bedroom with private Gulf view deck, a full bath and a full-sized laundry room.

Up one flight is another queen bedroom with Sound view, a loft with a daybed that pulls out into a very comfortable king-sized bed and another private balcony with a Gulf view. There is even a desk here if you have to make this a working vacation. A shared bath with walk-in shower is between these 2 bedrooms.

As if this home isn't enough to provide you with a great vacation, you'll be amazed when you walk out the back door to your own private tropical oasis! A large in ground pool and hot tub is yours to enjoy. The large paver patio has plenty of furniture to relax on as well as a large gas grill and dining seating.
The pool can be heated for $75/day.

There is parking for 5 cars and smoking is not allowed inside the home. No events are permitted, the minimum age to rent is 25 and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to. This is a non pet friendly property.

The folks at Blue Moon were very quick to respond when we needed help and the location is unbeatable. With such well maintained property and great customer service we will definite repeat.

  Our family absolutely loved the pool and the location of the house. Blue Moon was great in communications and accommodations. The house offered everything we needed and it had a good layout. A few negatives were the upstairs bed was very hard and it made a lot of noise. Not a comfortable bed at all. The other beds were just really hard. The dishwasher did not work and the back deck gate kept getting stuck. Other than that our stay was great! If the owners switch the mattress out then we will probably book this same house for next year! Please let me know if they do switch out the mattress and we will go ahead and pull the trigger.

  This property is excellent. It’s way more than I expected. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which is also beautiful. The place was very, very clean. The couches were clean and fresh smelling. The place is very spacious. The pool was awesome. All of the items in the house was in excellent condition. The beach can be seen from the front windows, so there is an excellent view. I loved the large screen TV on the living room wall. I don’t have any complaints at all. It couldn’t have been better. You guys thought of everything that a guest would need. I highly recommend this property and I’ll definitely be back. I was throughly pleased.
