Brand new to the rental market, Ocean Minded is in a resort building with 2 pools, hot tub and private walkway to the beach.

Decorator furnished, this unit has all new furniture, bedding, TV's, etc. Tile throughout.....NO carpeting!

The floor to ceiling windows bring the emerald green waters to you. You will be surrounded by beach and water as far as your eye can see. The tiled balcony has glass railings so the view is truly endless!

The open concept floor plan allows for your entire group to gather in the comfortable living room, the dining area seating 6 and the breakfast bar that seats another 2.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for meal and snack prep.

Flat screen TV's are in every room.

The king-sized primary suite is Gulf front with a private slider to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Wake up to the beautiful emerald green water view each day.....there is nothing better! The en suite bath features dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom is king-sized and the third has a set of bunks with a full sized bed over another full, sleeping 4.
The second full bath has a tub/shower combo.

A washer/dryer is also in this unit for your convenience.

The resort Gulf side pool is heated seasonally and there is a charcoal grilling area on the ground floor.

This convenient 4th floor location, plus the proximity to restaurants, bars, the pier, paddleboard, bicycle, kayak and golf cart rentals makes this the ideal spot to spend your week in paradise.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  the condo has a wonderful frontal view of the ocean from the big glass windows. The big wide-open spaces in the living section are great! You can talk with the others in the area with ease. The bedrooms has some separation for folks with multiple family members. We loved the quietness of the private beach area with umbrellas and chairs available. The pool was cool and relaxing after the day at the beach. The ac temperature was preset and locked at that temperature, we had to get some fans to help with air movement. But understand the reason of why.

  We do the 'condo on the beach' thing in Florida once or twice every year and this one is top notch. Super clean and recently updated. Building is great, parking super close, pool area is well maintained and beach access is one of the shortest walks we've ever had. Zero complaints, we would definitely use this one again.
