Brand new to the Blue Moon family, this immaculate home is perfect for your group of 12 to enjoy!

The spacious layout of this home allows your entire group to gather together as well as providing private decks and balconies to "escape" to for some quiet time.

Upon entering, the bright and cheerful vibe will instantly put you in vacation mode.
The den has comfy couches, a flat screen TV and opens up to a private balcony seating 2.
The living room has a comfortable modular and large flat screen for movie night. Another private balcony seats 5 for a morning or late night snack.
The places to relax are endless!
Multiple chefs will enjoy snack and meal prep in the large kitchen. It is well equipped with everything you'll need and features plenty of cabinetry, SS appliances and granite countertops.
There is breakfast bar seating for 4 and dining/game playing seating for 6.

There is also a half bath on this main floor as well as a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary with en suite bath. Dual sinks, a walk-in shower and jetted tub are pure luxury. There is even a private balcony for your first cup of coffee before starting your day or a nightcap to end it.
Down the hall is the second king-sized bedroom and has an en suite bath with walk-in shower. The third king bedroom has another en suite bath with deep tub and shower combo.
If you need to make this a working vacation, this floor also features a great spot to do so, with a desk, 2 chairs and another private balcony with comfortable seating.

Up one more flight is the large "kids" room. This fourth bedroom has two sets of full-sized bunks sleeping 6 and a play area to delight them!

The ground floor has a propane grill, a shower to rinse the beach sand off, a fire pit, a beverage and ice fridge and a hot tub to enjoy from mid Sept thru mid April.. You are also welcome to enjoy the 2 paddleboards for use on the Sound only!
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway!

Walk across the street to the wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the beach! It's so easy to bring your gear over for a day of fun and sun and you are welcome to use the beach wagon provided at the house. The drone pictures show just how close this home is to both the Gulf and the Sound!

Take a dip in the community pool or stroll down to the private dock and watch the boats go by or catch a spectacular sunset.

The perfect location of the house also affords a very short walk to the beach restaurants and the fishing pier, which is the longest one on the Gulf of Mexico. It's a great spot to people watch and see what the locals are reeling in.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  Easy check-in and out. House is stocked well, clean and clutter free. Perfect location if you have little ones, easy access to boardwalk that leads directly to the beach! Community pool is tiny, so older kids might be disappointed. The grill was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a huge shrimpboil.

  We loved everything about our stay! Location, beach access, spacious home (we made comments several times that we couldn't believe there were 12 people in the house because there was so much space to spread out), cooking amenities, beach toys already at the home, and proximity to the Pier were all amazing! I was concerned about being on the sound side of Gulf Blvd, but there is a crosswalk right in front of the property. The boardwalk places you just beside the resort beachfront property, but it was not difficult for us to find space to set up our chairs and tent near the water. We would definitely recommend Navarre Beach, Periwinkle Paradise, and Blue Moon Vacation services!!

  This rental home was so great for our first all family vacation. There was plenty of room for a group of 12. The kitchen was a nice size and stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals there. The master bathroom has a huge jacuzzi tub, the dining room and living room were very spacious. We enjoyed the record player too. We did have to cross the street to the beach, but there is a cross walk so there was no waiting. The pool was a short walk and the kids really enjoyed it. This property was very clean and enjoyable.
