Under new property management and brand new to the Blue Moon family, Dottie's Sandbar will delight you and your group of travelers!

This Gulf front townhome has a full wall of sliders showcasing the beautiful Emerald Green water and will instantly put you in vacation mode. The open concept main floor has plenty of room for your group to gather for dining, playing games, TV watching or just relaxing watching the dolphins play and the pelicans soar. All new flooring throughout (no carpeting!) and all new decks!

The couch is a queen-sized sleeper.

The large kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cabinets and a large pantry. A bright and sunny breakfast nook is a quiet spot to have a cup of coffee with a sound view.
Down the hall on this main floor is also a full bath with beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
There are waterviews from every room and a beach walk-over to make bringing your gear to the beach a breeze!

The Gulf front deck features a shady spot for dining as well as a separate sun deck for lounging if you don't feel like making the minute walk to the water.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf front balcony. The en suite bath features dual sinks, and a new large tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is also king-sized with a sound view.
Bedroom 3 is queen-sized and has a Gulf front balcony. ( It's rare to find more than one Gulf front bedroom! )
A full bath with tub/shower combination is shared by these 2 and a full sized laundry room is also on this floor for your convenience.

Have a cold one anytime of the day or night at the beachside Surf Board bar on the ground floor. There is bar stool and couch seating as well as a firepit for a cozy evening.
Rinse off after a long beach day under the outdoor shower.
There is driveway parking for 4.
A gas grill is provided and your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission! There is a $200 pet fee per pup.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

There is also a kayak and paddleboard for your use.

Smoking is not permitted in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Directly next door to Coastal Kiwi if your group needs multiple units!

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

  Dottie's is perfect!! They have whatever you need in the kitchen to anything and everything you need for the beach!!! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and boogie boards, kites, games, kids beach toys, etc...
  When you are out on the beach and you normally qoukd get confused on which place you are staying in....not with Dottie's. You can spot Dottie's from anywhere day and night....there are lights and art/decorations everywhere! On the inside, everything I looked around i would find new unique art pieces/decor. At first I thought Dottie was goddy, but then I decided she is perfect! Location is perfect, it is not too close to pier, it's just the right distance away.

  This townhouse was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games, etc. You couldn’t beat the location. Right on the beach but close to everything. We hung out outside at the outside bar quite a bit. All the rooms were spacious.

  This property was more than we expected. Clean & neat place with every thing you could want or need. A HUGE plus was owner provided beach gear and bikes. Great 5-6 mile walk & bike path easily accessible right in front of property. Beautiful beaches. Nice view. Easy access to beach. Breezy view from every level. Beds comfy and clean. Loved everything about Navarre beach and community.

  We really loved this vacation; Dotties was perfect for our family. The location can't be beat and the kitchen was fully stocked for a chef.(My father😉!)While the furniture may be a little dated it was clean and inviting. Overall great stay would not hesitate to recommend to others.
