Step inside to discover a generous open-concept living and dining area that's perfect for entertaining or relaxing with your family and friends.
Gather on the comfortable couches or open the wall of sliders and sit on the deck with beautiful waterviews. It's a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings.
The open kitchen has SS appliances, plenty of storage, and everything you'll need for snack making and meal prep.
The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar another 4.

Down the hall are 2 queen-sized bedrooms, a shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience.

Up one flight is a large sunny den with a sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV and a desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation. It's a great spot for the kids to escape to and play games or watch a movie!
The spacious king-sized primary bedroom is also up here with private sound view deck and en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo as well as a walk-in shower.

There is a ground floor patio when you want a shady spot to relax and read a book.
Garage parking for one car is offered as well as space for one in the driveway and one directly across from the home.

A large sound front community pool is steps away on the water and the tennis court is just outside your door.
The Gulf beach is a short 5 minute walk . The 4 restaurants on the island are also a short walk as is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico. (A great spot for people and sealife watching!)

Your small pup (2 maximum) is welcome to join you with owner's permission and additional $200 per pet fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
