Situated directly across the street from the pristine emerald green waters and sugar-white sands of the beach, Sky High stands tall as the island's tallest residence, offering unrivaled panoramic views and unparalleled access to the coastal paradise.

The first floor is a haven for entertainment, featuring a spacious game room equipped with a shuffleboard table, a sprawling 70" TV, and a wet bar complete with a full fridge and wine cooler. Accommodations include two sets of built in bunk beds, a private king bedroom , and another queen-sized bedroom - each with its own private bath and flat screen TV.

Ascend to the second floor to find two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds - each with its own en suite bath, flat screen TV and access to shared balconies. A full-sized laundry room with two washers and two dryers adds convenience to your stay.

The third floor boasts an expansive open-concept living area with a large great room, plush seating, and a 70" flat-screen TV, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The chef's kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals with a view on the full balcony overlooking the Gulf and Sound. The last king-sized bedroom with en suite bath is also here.

Step outside to discover the ultimate outdoor entertainment space, complete with a deluxe outdoor kitchen featuring a 4-burner grill, sink, ice maker, and mini-fridge. Relax and unwind on one of four decks while savoring the coastal breeze and soaking in the breathtaking views

Ascend the spiral staircase to the fourth floor sun deck, where you can bask in panoramic views stretching all the way to Pensacola. Start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with a nightcap while savoring glorious sunrises and sunsets.

The backyard oasis beckons with a private 15' x 30' pool, which can be heated for your comfort. ($175/day) Lounge on plush furniture, and dine al fresco. An outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience after a day at the beach.

Parking is a breeze with driveway space for six cars, with overflow parking available nearby. Please note that this is a non-pet-friendly home, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This property has a private elevator to service all 4 floors therefore, a refundable elevator deposit of $450 is required. This deposit will be refunded to to you upon departure as long as there are no damages done to the elevator during your stay.

  Excellent new home for a large group. Lots of stairs to climb, but the elevator is great for those who don't want to climb them! The pool is amazing, and the walk across the street to the beach is quick and easy. Couldn't ask for a better place in Navarre for a large group! The management company was incredibly responsive and helpful for the entire stay. We'll definitely use this home again in the future when returning to Navarre.

  We had our 1st Annual family beach trip. We had 15 people and the house was perfect for us. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very roomy. The kitchen and living area was all first class. It was a vacation of our dreams. Everyone in our family stated they had never stayed in a house as nice as this house. We will be back I can not think of anything I did not like about this house.

  Our family has been coming to the Gulf Coast for years for a family beach vacation. It is always a struggle to find a rental large enough for our big, ever-growing family. This vacation rental house was perfect! It was close to the beach, had plenty of room, and also included pools to keep the fun in the sun going regardless of the surf conditions.
