The heart of Dolphins & Dunes lies in its open-concept living area. The kitchen, with its modern appliances and ample counter space, overlooks the living room. This layout is ideal for those who love to cook and entertain, ensuring you're always part of the conversation even while preparing delicious meals.

In the living room, comfort and coastal charm meet, with plenty of seating arranged to maximize the stunning views of the Gulf. The large sliding glass door not only floods the space with natural light but also serves as a gateway to the picturesque balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast waters. Step out and let the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico captivate you, as you breathe in the fresh sea air and soak in the beauty of Navarre Beach. At night the sofa pulls out into a full size bed, adding sleeping arrangements for 2 more.

As you step into the splendid primary bedroom suite, you'll find yourself feeling like you are on a retreat. Adorned with a luxurious queen bed, this haven of relaxation offers a private entrance to the Gulf-front balcony, where the rhythmic sounds of the waves create a symphony of peace. The ensuite primary bathroom is a highlight in itself, featuring an extra-wide bathtub perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures.

The second bedroom is a cozy sanctuary with a queen-size bed, situated conveniently next to the hallway guest bathroom. This bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, offering convenience for all guests.

  LOVED this little slice of heaven along Navarre Beach! Perfect location - away from the big condos so less crowded. The condo seemed brand new with the decor and cleanliness. Beds are comfy!   Our vacation rental was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Had a wonderful view of the beach on the balcony with living room access and access from the master bedroom. Our family of 6 loved staying here and will definitely book again! We were far enough away from all the crowds, which we prefer!

  This was our first time to Navarre Beach and this condo did not disappoint... Opposite end from all the big condos and it was PERFECT!!! We loved it - Condo was very comfortable and we took full advantage of the high top table/chairs on the balcony...
  Beach area was great - chair service was awesome - set up exactly where I asked each morning.
