Introducing Optimal Escape, a pristine addition to the Blue Moon rental market! This contemporary 2-year-old residence boasts an array of luxurious features, making it an ideal retreat for your vacation needs.

Nestled directly across from the mesmerizing pearly white sandy beach and the breathtaking emerald green waters, this private custom-built haven guarantees an escape like no other. As you ascend the private elevator to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious great room with an open-concept layout. Sink into plush sofas surrounding the impressive 75" TV, all while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf. Step out onto the deck and find yourself at eye level with the seagulls and pelicans, a truly captivating experience!

Culinary enthusiasts will revel in the state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances, including Viking, Bosch, and Miele. Every imaginable gadget for snack and meal preparation is at your fingertips, all against the stunning backdrop of the Gulf. Custom cabinetry accommodates all your culinary essentials, and the quartz countertops simplify cleanup, ensuring a seamless cooking experience.

Gather for meals at the dining table with Sound views, accommodating eight guests, or at the breakfast bar seating an additional six. Should work beckon during your stay, a convenient desk is at your disposal. A half bath nearby adds to your convenience.

Descending one level, you'll find a haven of bedrooms. The king-sized primary bedroom boasts a private balcony with a hot tub and stunning Gulf views. The en-suite bath offers the ultimate of spa-like experiences with a soaker tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a heated floor. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and twin bunks, while the adjacent third bedroom houses two queens. These bedrooms share a balcony with picturesque Sound views. .The fourth bedroom accommodates four with a set of bunks (full over full) These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
A full-sized laundry room completes this floor.

The main living area is on the 3rd floor, therefore the elevator is strongly recommended and a refundable elevator deposit of $450 is required. This deposit will be refunded to to you upon departure as long as there are no damages done to the elevator during your stay.

The garage is set up for games with a comfy lounge, a ping pong table, and an arcade game.

After exploring the interior, step into the tropical oasis awaiting you outside. Perfect for entertaining, the large private saltwater pool beckons, surrounded by lounging areas and umbrellas for a relaxing read. An outdoor bar provides the perfect setting to bask in the sun, or savor a tropical beverage. An outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience, and the pool can be heated for an additional $75/day fee plus tax and cc.

With the beach access only 300 feet away (a quick 3 min walk!) across the street, Optimal Escape lives up to its name, inviting you to craft unforgettable vacation memories by the Gulf.
Sitting directly next to private houses Gulf/Sound and Just Peachy, and across the street from Beach House and Salty Breeze if your large group needs multiple homes!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home, on the grounds or on the balconies. No events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  Renting through Blue Moon was a great experience. Never had any issues with our rental. Optimal Escape had everything we could ever ask for and more!!! Ya’ll, this house is gorgeous has so many extras! The elevator made our stay easier as we have a daughter with special needs. Very short walk to the beach and awesome views from balconies. Weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get to use the pool. We would definitely love to stay here again.

  This is the 2nd year we booked through Blue Moon. The convenience of just walking across the street to the beach, and stunning views from each patio. This house was absolutely amazing, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need for staying in. The furnished patios, hot tub, and board games kept us entertained on rainy days. Pool area was so much fun with an outdoor tv. The master bath was a dream. Heated toilet seat. Need I say more? I would never hesitate to book with this company. 5 STARS!!

  My family and I decided to have a little "staycation" and this place DID NOT disappoint! The house was roomy and beautifully decorated. The back yard is like a little oasis with a nice grill, plenty of lounging areas, nice yard for outdoor games, outdoor TV & a beautiful pool! The garage has a fun play room with a mini fridge, a ping pong table, a pac man game and couch/TV area that everyone enjoyed! The beach was a quick walk across the street. Blue Moon was so easy to work with, also very responsive and communicative. We will be back for sure!!
