Nestled directly across from the mesmerizing pearly white sandy beach and the breathtaking emerald green waters, this private custom-built haven guarantees an escape like no other. As you ascend the private elevator to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious great room with an open-concept layout. Sink into plush sofas surrounding the impressive 75" TV, all while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf. Step out onto the deck and find yourself at eye level with the seagulls and pelicans, a truly captivating experience!

Culinary enthusiasts will revel in the state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances, including Viking, Bosch, and Miele. Every imaginable gadget for snack and meal preparation is at your fingertips, all against the stunning backdrop of the Gulf. Custom cabinetry accommodates all your culinary essentials, and the quartz countertops simplify cleanup, ensuring a seamless cooking experience.

Gather for meals at the dining table with Sound views, accommodating eight guests, or at the breakfast bar seating an additional six. Should work beckon during your stay, a convenient desk is at your disposal. A half bath nearby adds to your convenience.

Descending one level, you'll find a haven of bedrooms. The king-sized primary bedroom boasts a private balcony with a hot tub and stunning Gulf views. The en-suite bath offers the ultimate of spa-like experiences with a soaker tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a heated floor. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and twin bunks, while the adjacent third bedroom houses two queens. These bedrooms share a balcony with picturesque Sound views. .The fourth bedroom accommodates four with a set of bunks (full over full) These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
A full-sized laundry room completes this floor.

A private elevator is available and recommended since main living is on the third floor. $450 security deposit required.

The garage is set up for games with a comfy lounge, a ping pong table, and an arcade game.

After exploring the interior, step into the tropical oasis awaiting you outside. Perfect for entertaining, the large private saltwater pool beckons, surrounded by lounging areas and umbrellas for a relaxing read. An outdoor bar provides the perfect setting to bask in the sun, savor a tropical beverage, or float while catching up on your favorite sports. An outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience, and the pool can be heated for an additional $75/day fee plus tax and cc.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home, on the grounds or on the balconies. No events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Sat-Sat during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.
