This end unit townhome sits on the western most part of Navarre Beach, uncrowded and 1 block from the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Upon entering, you are greeted by the emerald green waters and squeaky white sand just outside your door. The bright and sunny great room has comfy seating for your group to relax, watch TV, read a book.or watch the pelicans soar by.
The open kitchen has SS appliances, granite countertops and is equipped with all you need for meal prep. Dine (or play a game) at the table or at the breakfast bar. A separate ice maker is here and there is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor for your convenience.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary with private Gulf front balcony. The en suite bath has a tiled walk-in shower.
Down the hall is a queen-sized bedroom and a bunk room with a full bed over a full-sized bed. A jack 'n jill bath with tiled walk-in shower services these 2 bedrooms.

There is a gas grill on the ground floor along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long beach day.
Parking for 2 cars.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

  We enjoyed our stay at Happy Place. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the beach as well. The beach was not crowded at all! It felt like our own private beach. Great communication with Blue Moon vacation rentals. You can watch the July 4th fireworks from the porch at the townhome.
  A few negatives: The foyer area is unfinished and has a funny smell but once you are upstairs, you don’t smell it. The master bedroom door doesn’t stay open so you have to prop it with something if you want it open. The bunkbed in one bedroom blocks the light switch.
  We ate at Andy D’s, Juana’s Pagodas, and Windjammers. We went to Bands on the Beach in Pensacola (20 min drive) and Crab Island in Destin (~45 min drive).
  Overall, we would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful family vacation!

The ground floor entry vestibule sometimes gets musty after a rain, but is contained to that area so as not to affect the house at all.
